Piriac-sur-Merの魅惑的な雰囲気の中で、そして現代性と信憑性を兼ね備えた魅力あふれる家で、車なしで、週末やおいしい週をお迎えいたします。

家は3つのレベルにあります。
- 1階：入り口、リビングルーム（テレビ、Wi-Fi、ソファベッド付）、キッチン（新しい設備の整った）、1ベッドルーム（ダブルベッド140 x 190）、バスルーム（洗濯機/乾燥機付） -linge + WC
- 1階：2つのベッドルーム（2つのシングルベッド、各部屋でダブルベッド160に変換可能）、バスルーム+トイレ
- 2階：1ベッドルーム（ダブルベッド160×200）、真新しいバスルーム＋トイレ

小さな日当たりの良い庭園と木製のテラスがご滞在を充実させます（最近播種されているため、2019年春の芝生の使用は制限されています）。

Perfect location

Beautifully renovated town house, very close to the beach, the market, the shops; you do not need to use your car which is so nice. Piriac sur Mer is beautiful and very charming, would definitely recommend the house.

Séjour de fin d'année au cœur de Piriac

Nous avons passé de très agréables fêtes de fin d'année en famille dans une maison confortable, spacieuse, très bien équipée et décorée, au cœur d'un village charmant à 2 pas du port et de la plage, avec des hôtes très accommodants et accueillants.

Wonderful Stay!

What a charming and comfortable house right in the center of Piriac sur Mer! We stayed here for a family vacation, and we all LOVED it! The house is very comfortable, the kitchen is wonderful, and the garden is just perfect! The hosts, Mariana and Emmanuel, are very helpful and accessible. It was the perfect family vacation. We will definitely be back!!

Super petit séjour

Super petit séjour ! La maison est très bien équipée fidèle à l’annonce d’Abritel et se trouve à proximité du centre bourg de Piriac et de la plage. Le jardin est très agréable et les propriétaires très sympathiques. Nous recommandons cette location ! Franck et Céline D.

Fantastic stay in Piriac, Emmanuel and Mariana are the most gracious hosts

We rented the house with family and friends in August 2021. 3 generations including teenagers :) Our stay was fantastic, the house was perfect for it. The property is in a great location in the heart of Piriac, and has everything we needed; it is extremely convenient. The house is adorable with rooms and bathrooms on each floors, which gives family members/friends plenty of privacy. It also has a lovely garden with lounging chairs a grill, etc. Mariana and Emmanuel went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and made sure we had everything we could need. They are absolutely lovely and so easy to work with. We highly recommend the place

Un petit paradis à 30 mètres de la plage

La maison est parfaitement équipée pour accueillir toutes les générations , les enfants disposant de leur coin jeux bien fourni , et avec une chambre au rdc . Tout y fonctionnel et très complet ( cuisine et 3 salles d eaux ) La situation géographie est idéale à deux pas de tout ( plage , marché, centre ville , port et restaurants ,) joli quartier . Les hôtes sont d ‘une bienveillance extrême , disponibles et arrangeants avec en outre des petites attentions bien agréables , sans oublier le très beau jardin . Piriac-sur-Mer est une station accueillante qui vit bien , d une haute qualité avec énormément d activités pour tout âge . Des vacances très heureuses pour tous

Séjour parfait.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Piriac. La maison est en plein coeur du bourg et à côté du port et de la plage. Situation idéale dans ce village de charme. Maison spacieuse et bien rénovée. Super suivi des propriétaires.

Parfait

Piriac n'est pas une destination inconnue pour nous, mais cette location était une première. Idéalement placée, spatieuse et propre, elle a était parfaite pour faire de notre semaine une réussite ! Nous espérons s'organiser pour pouvoir y revenir l'année prochaine ! Merci beaucoup

Fantastic House!!!

Mariana was the best!!! Her house was clean and modern and accommodated 8 very comfortably. The bedroom on the main floor was a bonus for my father with mobility issues. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
