THE TERRACE AND THE GARDEN:
The house is surrounded by an enclosed garden of more than 1200m2, wooded, sunny, and enjoying an unobstructed view.
The terrace is equipped with several tables that can accommodate up to 14 people,
armchairs and a barbecue.
Sunbeds, chairs and side tables are at your disposal to enjoy the garden.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
The entrance opens onto a large living room very bright thanks to its 2 large bay windows, composed of a lounge area and 2 dining areas. This large room is equipped with a stove, making winter evenings warm.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, sodastream, kettle, ...) and opens onto a laundry room where you will find a 2nd fridge/freezer, raclette oven, fondue set, crepe maker, washing machine, ironing board and iron, drying racks, etc
2 bedrooms with 160x200 beds and 1 bedroom with BZ sofa bed 160x200.
A large bathroom with walk-in shower. Hairdryer available.

UPSTAIRS:
1 bedroom with 2 beds that can be pushed together and 1 single bed

When you leave, all you have to do is empty the dishwasher, tidy up the house as you found it when you arrived, wash the stove and the barbecue, and take out the garbage (to be deposited in the containers in the garden).
The cleaning package includes the end-of-stay cleaning (general maintenance of the house). We kindly invite you to leave the premises in a suitable condition.

For your comfort, we provide you with liquid soap, household products, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, toilet paper, etc. but also a kitchen stock such as condiments, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc

You will find in the living room and rooms many board games and card games, tourist guides, IGN maps and various proposals for leisure activities.

For winter evenings, wood is available for the stove.

For weekends up to 3 days, it is possible to arrive from 10 am and leave before 6 pm (to be validated with the owner according to reservations). OPTIONAL:
You have the possibility to rent bed linen (20€ for a double bed and 15€ for a single bed). The beds will then be prepared and we will provide you with a towel.

INFORMATION:
Construction work on a garage will take place on part of the land between October 2026 and March 2027. It is located out of the way, not visible from the house and garden, in order to fully preserve your tranquility and moments of relaxation. It will only be perceptible when you arrive from the street. We apologize for this temporary context and assure you that it will not alter the comfort, equipment and experience that we are committed to offering you.
