Villa-Lucija is a very recent building with 7 apartments on three levels.
The villa is surrounded by olive trees and located on the heights of the village in a quiet and without joint: an ideal location for relaxing, with stunning views of the sea and surrounding islands.
The owners are on site and are available to make your stay enjoyable.
The beach "Janice" is 600 meters from Villa, the first shops are 5 minutes walk. The village center is 800 meters away you will find: restaurants, bar (open until 2:00), disco (open until 5:00), bank, supermarket and all the animations of the village, very lively in the summer.

Villa Lucija is situated in Pakostane (resort) tourist village waterfront between two historic towns Zadar (35 km) and Sibenik (41 km).
This charming Mediterranean village (www.pakostane.hr) located in the heart of the Adriatic coast in a unique geographical position: between the sea and Lake Vrana (www.vransko-jezero.hr) but also close to four national parks: islands Kornati (www.kornati.hr) Plitvice Lakes (World Heritage UNESCO), Krka Waterfalls (www.krka.hr) and gorges of Paklenica; and two nature parks (Vrana lake and Telascica (World Heritage of UNESCO).
Pakostane is embroidered long beaches. Just opposite the island of Vrgada (with several shuttles per day from the village), offers a complete rest, in an almost untouched nature: picturesque bays with sandy beaches and clear waters.
Activities: kayak rental, scooter, diving ... Horseback riding on a ranch overlooking Lake Vrana.
The village is lively in summer by the sea and center board: many restaurants (seafood specialties, fish, cold cuts and Dalmatian wines) bars open until 2:00, pubs and night bar, open until 5:00.
