The entrance is in the bedroom. The bed was a metal frame and not as comfortable as I would have liked. With that said, it was oceanfront, clean, modern and communication was excellent.

Great place for a get away

Everything was as advertised. The beach view from the balcony can't be beat! The location was quiet, yet convenient to the attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall good, nice view, kitchen well stocked, easy instructions for check in and check out. Building is older, the elevators smell and the permanent residents have a lot of rules. Only complaints about the actual condo was that when you enter the front door it goes directly into the bedroom and the floors seemed sandy upon arrival.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay, overall it seems you did enjoy your stay. I would like to comment on a couple items. The elevators are cleaned twice daily I guess that after hours of sweaty beach bodies coming and going in 95 degree weather there could be some odor but I live here and don't even notice it. As for entering directly into the bedroom. This is a very common floor plan for 1 bedroom ocean front properties. This design allows views of the ocean from the kitchen, dining, and living areas. It also provides access to the oceanfront balcony from the main living spaces. As for rules, the home owners association establishes the rules for the community. Most of these buildings are not resorts, instead they are more like an apartment building. While there are some permanent residents like myself, most of the condos are vacations homes or investment properties. All I can say is that without rules there would be chaos and no one would want to vacation here. Again, thanks for your feedback and thanks for choosing Happy Crab Vacations. Great place to stay!

We had a very relaxing stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was amazing and just steps from the beach. We would definitely stay again and recommend this condo. Thank you.

We loved our stay

This property was perfect for my wife and I. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, everything is nearby. Randy was great to work with. He answered emails very promptly and professionally. I would stay at this condo again and would recommend it to others.
