Great location!

We had a great time at the condo! Everything was as pictured, it was very clean, cozy and a wonderful place to stay. The location was excellent, we skied every day, and also went to the water park. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Great ski house

Alan’s house is a great ski house in a perfect ski in/out location. House is well equipped and Alan was very attentive on check in and during out stay. Highly recommend.

Ski Trip

The condo is warm and cozy, fantastic basement space for kids and entertaining. The hosts are spectacular! They could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back again!

Perfect slopeside condo

This is the perfect slopeside location. Everything was clean and well appointed, much better than the condos I have booked directly through Jay Peak. Basement was an awesome place to hang out. Five stars!

5-star location

Had a great week up at Jay with the family. The location of this townhouse is perfect. Right at the top of where Raccoon run meets Queens Highway. Just a few steps onto Queens Highway and you’re off to Tramside. One of the best locations we’ve experienced in our 13 years of visiting Jay. I’ve been told it’s tough to rely on the housekeeping folks at Jay to do a good job and that did prove true here. This particular townhouse could benefit from modern mattresses (beds were rock hard) and a refresh on odds and ends (ex. no pot holders in kitchen). But overall, and especially if you don’t care much about the details this place has a lot going for it.

Great ski in/ ski out location

We rented Alan's place for the season and it was great for our family. Excellent location - you can easily reach Stateside or Tramside on skis.

Skiier's Paradise

A perfect spot for a ski trip. Location is a 10! Very easy ski on and off. The Condo itself was very nice with lots of space and a finsihed basement that allows for more opportunities to spread out! The owner and property manager were immediately available for any questions.

Great week in a beautiful setting

The condo was in a great location. Beautiful place, very clean. Lots of amenities. Communication with owner was very good. Lots of snow during our stay which was great. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great well-stocked ski house

Beautiful condo , great location at Jay Peak. Very comfortable for our group of six. Very nice lower level with big screen TV. Lot of room to spread out.

Amazing ski in/ski out location and townhome at Jay Peak!

From the moment we reached out to Alan and Brenda about the rental of their property we had a stellar experience. Just as stellar was the three-story townhome that is their property, located right in the middle of two ski slopes for easy ski in/ski out access. The accommodations were excellent and we felt at home during the Christmas holiday. The lower level is ideal for the family - or just the kids - to hang out in. The kitchen is fully appointed and had everything we needed. Can't wait to book this property again!

Awesome ski in/out

Place was awesome for our family stay at Jay. Conveniently located to ski in/out. Host was very helpful when needed. The townhouse is well equipped with everything you could need. Wifi is awesome. No issues with connecting with 6 people logging on to do a little work. Would totally recommend this place and will totally come back.

Lovely townhouse ideal for family ski and stay

This 3-story slopeside townhouse was perfect for our family's ski vacation. Very clean and well kept, excellent space for relaxing in front of fire on main floor or gathering in front of TV in beautifully finished basement. Owners are incredibly service-oriented and responsive. We've stayed at other properties at Jay and have not found a better slopeside placement; the ski-in/out convenience factor here is unmatched. We would recommend this property without hesitation.

Perfect Christmas in the Mountains!

Alan & Brenda are the most gracious hosts of this beautiful condo! Situated In a perfect mountain location, we were steps from clicking our skis on every morning. These owners gave us every bit of information about the condo, mountain, restaurants, the area, and more. They were a phone call away and made sure we were well taken care of when it snowed (shoveling). We had a very special family Christmas away, but it felt like home. We loved it so much, we have already rebooked this winter. No disappointments here!
