コテージは大人2名用です。 問題が発生した場合は、すぐに対処します。 お電話ください。 予約すると、コテージへの地図と確認がメールで送信されます。 また、コテージにいる間、他のゲスト名と携帯番号が必要になります。

We truly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The hosts made us feel welcome with a bottle of wine and a personal greeting. The cottage was centrally located and made it easy to find our way around town. Would definitely stay there again.

Over all we enjoyed our stay at the treetop cottage. Very cozy and relaxing. Loved that it had a nice fireplace because it did get chilly at night time. Instructions for our stay were very nice explained and easy. Had everything a couple and their two pets needed for the weekend. We enjoyed our stayed very much. The only thing I would suggest maybe getting some blinds for the entrance and kitchen windows. That was the only thing it didn’t have other than that definitely recommend this cabin for a fun small weekend getaway from the city. Most definitely will book in the future if available

So happy you enjoyed our little cottage. Thank you for your suggestion. But, the reason that we do not have blinds on the kitchen window and on the front door half windows is because many of our guest complained about them because they were making it harder for them to watch and enjoy all of the wildlife we have at the cottage. Many different birds, (that is why we leave our guest the bag of birdseed) squirrels, raccoons and occasional little bear passes through. You see our guest loves to watch them. And, they watch them from the kitchen window and also the half windows at the front door. It is very private and no one can see in because like our name Tree Top Cottage, you are up among the pine trees. Do come again, Connie & Greg

Very clean and well-maintained interior. At this altitude the ambient temperature does cool down appreciably at night; however, the temperature inside the cottage (which is above a garage and subject to direct sun--esp. on its western side), remained quite uncomfortable until after 9 PM--despite the use of both fans listed in the property description. I have stayed at other mountain properties without a/c during equally hot summer days and have never encountered this level of discomfort. There's a huge selection of channels on the TV, but the WiFi functioned only sporadically--which also impacted the TV. I found the mattress to not be conducive to a good night's sleep, but that's largely a matter of personal preference--often related to one's age and spinal health. On the morning of day 2 the WiFi and TV issues persisted and when the interior temperature became uncomfortable again in the early afternoon we opted for an early departure.

So sorry you did not like your stay at our little cottage. One thing we cannot control is the weather or how hot it is in the summer months. That is the reason we include in our description that our cottage does not have a/c and the same for most of the rentals in Big Bear. We also suggest that if you feel like you have to have a/c please go to the filters and choose a rental that has a/c. This summer has been the hottest in California that it has been in many years. We have not had any complaints about the bed. Maybe if this happens in a future rental that you rent and you feel like you have to check out early, please do be considerate and let the owners know that you are checking out a day early. This might help in getting a refund for the night you did not stay. As you can see we have over 200 5 star reviews and a couple of them stayed after your visit and was quite happy with our cottage. And, the Wifi was working it also runs the security camera at the driveway and it never stopped working during your stay. But, we cannot please everyone.

Great spot

We enjoyed the tree top place for a day and half. Hot tub was perfect and was a good area for walking our dog.
