My wife, son and I were born and reared in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. We love our Texas roots but when looking for a place to retire, we wanted out of the concrete jungle and into a beautiful, scenic mountain and woods setting. We fell in love with Hot Springs Village because of its slower pace of life, friendly people, and beauty. Within the next 2-3 years we plan to make this our retirement home.

Back in the 1970's, when Hot Springs Village was being developed, my parents and I toured the beginnings of the development and were very impressed! At that time, Mom and Dad decided to purchase a lot for a future vacation home. They never built it, BUT, being property owners provided the benefit of renting a vacation home at a discount. So, over the years, my family spent several holidays and weekends there! We all loved the area and dreamed that someday we would own a home here! In 2019, Bethany and I had the opportunity to buy this home to enjoy now, share with people like you, and someday for us to live here full time!
