Great location

The location was great, you have so much to do. Only negative point is that after receiving the keys we already found some dead bugs in the rooms.

Wonderful stay

It was a wonderful place, with mountainbikes and subs. In a beautiful environment. Swimming pool is heated and the beach is definitely worth the very steep climb. The places to sit, couches and chairs were very very comfortable. If possible we will return !

Incredible setting

The property grounds are amazing. There is lots of room outside and many areas set up with chairs to hang out with beautiful views. The “Paradise” was our favorite spot to take our morning coffee. Having a kitchen equipped with 2 fridges and 2 dish washers is well thought for 20 people.

Family reunion, 3 generations

The property is remote and initially difficult to find so better directions would be helpful. The family enjoyed the pool, volley ball, petanque and table tennis. We used 3 of the paddle boards and the cycles. There is sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses cooking pots and pans for a large group. Also plenty of space and places to sit in the shade or sun with wonderful views of the sea and sunsets. However, one of the dishwashers did not work properly, the pool robot was broken and no instructions about how to manage the pool. There were no cleaning materials at all. Usually there are some cleaning materials , especially for bathrooms and toilets and some basic cooking items in rented holiday homes so this was disappointing. A vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket were all that were provided. We had to purchase additional hand towels and Michel bought some oven gloves and extra t-towels. The path to the beach is treacherous and impassable for most people. Strangers and dogs walked through the property, which was un-nerving as we thought it was private property. There are lots of steps as the property is on lots of different levels. Although there are safety gates, it would be unsuitable for small children or people with mobility difficulties A car is essential for staying here.

Fabulous

The location was amazing. There were 16 of us. There was plenty of space for everyone to either be together or reading quietly/looking at the view in 'Paradise'. There was plenty to do all day, either in the pool, on the beach ( the path is a bit slippy in places), playing pétanque - I had no idea it was such an absorbing game, playing table tennis or just sitting round chatting. The views were stunning and there was plenty of shade to sit out of the hot sunshine. We had a problem with the pool the last couple of days, it it turned green. There were 16 of us in and out of the pool all day and into the evening so we feel it should have been checked half way through our stay. The cleanliness was really good in the housed and the 'lovers' room but wasn't great in the other little place. The shower was really dirty and there was rubbish lying around. We waited for 4pm to check in but found that there was no-one there and we could have actually arrived earlier. We had asked if we could. We also had a problem with the drains. 2 of the toilets got blocked and 1 of the showers didn't drain properly, we did get it sorted by the manager but we were unsure if it would be sorted that day. It was a bit of a worry and meant the day was spent discussing drains. All things considered we had the most fantastic time. We loved the place, it was truly beautiful and we are very grateful to the owners for letting us have it and we would love to return. Totally recommend this beautiful place.

Grundsätzlich eine super schöne Ferienunterkunft mit traumhafter Außenanlage und eigenen Strandzugang. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Hausverwaltern war problemlos. Leider müssen wir jedoch ein großes ABER aussprechen. Wie auch schon andere Gäste erwähnt haben besteht ein großes Problem mit Feuchtigkeit in den Räumen. In mehreren Zimmern gab es Schimmel an Wänden oder Betten. Auch Taschen, die wir wir nahe an den Wänden stehen hatten, haben geschimmelt. Einige von uns hatten nachts Atemprobleme bekommen. Wir würden daher die Unterkunft nur bedingt weiter empfehlen. Da es aufgrund der Lage sehr viele Insekten auf dem Gelände gibt, ist es auch schwer nachts die Fenster offen zu lassen

Coin de paradis pour décrocher entre amis

Nous etions 18 personnes (parents et adolescents). Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette maison sur un site exceptionnel. Maison très bien équipée et pratique. On a profité de la piscine, des vélos, du terrain de volet, de la plage et des promenades sur le littoral.Les chambres sans fenêtres sont à exclure pour des adultes.Les équipes d’accueil sont très bien. Échange très facile avec le propriétaire.

Atypique

L’endroit est « extraordinaire ». Une vue imprenable sur la mer. La piscine en contrebas de la maison principale est très agréable. L’annonce ne spécifiait pas que les lieux sont scindés en deux parties (voir 3) et qu’il y a des pièces qui ne peuvent pas être utilisées par des personnes souffrant d’asthme à cause de l’humidité ambiante . L’accès à la plage n’est pas accessible à tous.Pour ma part souffrant d’arthrose aux genoux je n’ai malheureusement pas pu y descendre. À part ça, nous avons passé un bon séjour car la grande terrasse est top. Chouette balade à vélo électrique mis à dispo. La literie est de bonne qualité.

Villa cachée

Quelle belle découverte pour les amateurs de paisibilité très bien arborée, nombreuses terrasses qui permettent aux résidents de se détendre. Très belle piscine. Chacun y trouve son bonheur. Accès mer à cà faire bien chaussé évidemment, au bout du sentier plage privée à couper le souffle, un privilège. Villa très bien équipée niveau cuisine. Un très beau séjour.

Wir - eine Gruppe von 17 Freunden - haben den einwöchigen Aufenthalt wirklich genossen! Das - sehr große und extrem grüne - Grundstück ist traumhaft gelegen mit unterschiedlichen Blickwinkeln auf das Meer, auch einem direkten Zugang zu diesem, verschiedenen Sport-Möglichkeiten und vieles mehr.

Très belle vue mais annonce trompeuse : Chemin vers la plage trop escarpé pour prendre des paddle; Terrasse entourée d’arbres ne laissant pas passer le soleil. Chambres en sous-sol sans fenêtre très humides et sentant le moisi (la chambre ocre est fermée et une autre n’a qu’un petit lit) Au RDC,Une belle chambre avec vue, les autres moyennes. Serviettes de toilette contingentées (1seule par personne); ni nappes, ni sets de table.. État de propreté très moyen (toiles d’araignées, sanitaires sales, coussins extérieurs tachés..,) Piscine non chauffée à notre arrivée, il a fallu attendre plusieurs jours pour que qqn vienne monter la température; le robot de la piscine ne fonctionnant pas, nous avons dû nager dans les aiguilles de pins (vent violent cette semaine). Le propriétaire ne répond pas à notre mail.., Compte tenu du prix, on s’attend à d’autres prestations !

Excellent séjour dans un cadre exceptionnel

Notre grand groupe de 18 adultes a pu profiter des magnifiques terrasses, de la piscine chauffée et de la plage. Le cadre est vraiment exceptionnel, avec une vue mer idéale pour les couchers de soleil. Deux des chambres sont magnifiques, les autres étant vraiment sommaires, avec pour avantage dans notre cas de pouvoir séparer les couchages en lits simples. Les équipements (ustensiles de cuisines, plancha, tables, lave-vaisselle, frigos, etc, sont correctement dimensionnés). L'accès à la plage se fait pas un sentier assez raide qui nécessite des chaussures fermées (ce qui est habituel dans la région). Enfin, les échanges avec le propriétaire et l'organisation pour l'état des lieux et la remise des clés sont parfaitement rodés. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

Sublime emplacement entre mer et pins

Quelques jours dans cet endroit magnifique qui surplombe la mer. Tout est prévu pour accueillir un grand groupe et chacun trouve une activité à sa convenance : plage, piscine, pétanque, ping ping, , volley ball ou simplement détente sur une des nombreuses superbes terrasses. Des moments magiques en toute tranquillité.

Environnement et extérieurs exceptionnel mais maison excrément humide

Nous avons passé un bon séjour globalement. Les extérieur sont très bien aménagé et le cadre au milieu de la nature est vraiment exceptionnel, avec acce à une plage, certes, un peu raide mais très belle endroit. Le gros point noir est l’humidité du sous-sol ou se trouvent plusieurs chambres sans fenêtre. Et très forte humidité dans le petit appartement qui se trouve a l’extérieur.

Une parenthèse…

WE enchanteur dans un coin de paradis… Le rêve ! Tout y est… les ados ont adoré, paddle, terrain de volley… la remontée de la plage est sportive. Lieu idéal pour faire une parenthèse dans la vie stressante et speed… le temps suspend son vol ici !

Great house for a large group - poor communication & expectations!!

We stayed there with my elderly parents, my kids (4 and 6) and our friends who had their 2 year old. The house is huge and well appointed - although the downstairs rooms have no windows, which can be a bit claustrophobic- we didn’t end up using them. The outside buildings are very convenient if you have a large party and most things you would need are provided in the house. The climb down to the beach is a bit treacherous but totally worth it. Now for the negative part: We would have had a great stay had it not been for the checkout process and the follow-up: we weren’t told what’s needed (but we took off and piled up all the linen, cleaned the kitchen and ran the dishwasher) and were rushed last minute to haul up trash to the top of the street. Also the lady coming to check us out was was messaging us in a very rude tone about not emptying the dishwasher (we ran it before we left the house) and supposedly breaking the pool crank (the pool person was there when we arrived and saw that it was already broken - it’s a plastic thing anyway!) and threatening us about charging all of this from the deposit. The house booking comes with a large payment for cleaning and laundry (over five hundred euros for 3 days) so I think we did more than enough! The host takes the side of the care taker of course, who is I'm sure a nice person to those who speak french, unfortunately not to us! The saga is still continuing, we were charged over three hundred and fifty euros.

Tolle Zeit mit Freunden!

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen, das Wetter war genial, die Außenanlage ist klasse, die Küche gut ausgestattet, die Bettwäsche war sauber und die Betten bequem. Großartig, dass es Fahrräder und SUPs gibt. Am Strand hatten alle viel Spaß, der steile und steinige Weg dorthin ist abenteuerlich. Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen und 10 Kindern dort, das Haus ist aber für 20 Personen aufgrund der Zimmer im Keller nicht optimal ausgelegt. Mit maximal 10 Personen insgesamt wäre es richtig gut. Im Pool war etwas zu viel Chlor, es kam niemand zur Reinigung, obwohl es angekündigt war. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit, weil wir auf der phänomenalen Terrasse viele grandiose Sundowner hatten.
