Let me begin by stating that the photos of the house are accurate. The basics of the home appear to be sufficient at a glance. However, our disappointing stay started when we arrived at the house after dark. None of the outdoor lights had been left on, making it somewhat difficult for us to know if we approached the correct house. Simply leaving on an outdoor light for guests to see the front door, or the house number would have been nice.
Once inside, we quickly discovered that there were no washcloths in the bathrooms. There was a single dishcloth and a small roll of paper towels in the kitchen.
When I called the property manager to inform them, I was told, "The listing clearly states what IS in the house, bath and hand towels. We never said there would be washcloths." Fair enough. They also never said in their listing that the lights would have bulbs in them. Still, a reasonable renter would expect that there would be.
Additionally, the carpet on the stairs to the second floor was quite dirty. And we found several places on walls and other surfaces, with dark/black handprints and fingerprints on them. The sliding back door required a person to lean the door off its track in order to secure the lock.
The thermostat is in the upstairs hallway, making it hotter upstairs than downstairs.
The house had limited Toilet Paper, so be sure to purchase what you need ASAP if you rent this place. And you won't find any salt & pepper in the home. I was told by the property manager that this is a requirement due to COVID, although I've not found this to be true elsewhere.
Finally, as far as we could tell, all of the pillows were made with feathers and no other options were provided.
On the plus side, this home is relatively close to the Disney properties and DoorDash does deliver there.
