Very spacious villa but many problems that would make us not return. Pool was extremely dirty. No extra towels or toilet paper. One of the guests fell on the wet floor because there were no shower mats. Bought food to cook in the microwave but that was broken. Fixed on the last day we were there. Water leak in the kitchen ceiling from shower above that was never repaired

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. Everything you may need is available. House is clean. Great communication with the Reservation specialist. She answered all our questions very quickly. Check in went smooth. Will definitely be staying here again.

Florida holiday

Size of house is awesome. Location to all Disney parks is good. All carpets need replacing as well as most of the toilets. Couch and patio furniture as well as dining room chairs are either broken or original to the house. Need replacing also. Vacuum and ice maker on fridge are broken as was the dishwasher which was replaced after a week into our holiday. Kitchen itself is gorgeous and spacious. Overall we had a great vacation.

Great Layout, Good Location

The house was laid out very nicely. Two separate living areas (one upstairs, one downstairs) and a bathroom for each bedroom was very convenient. The neighborhood was relatively quiet. The community pool was beautiful and had plenty of lounge chairs to accommodate even large numbers of guests. The towels were great! The house's proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, Disney and Universal was really nice, although be prepared for an incredible amount of traffic. The Roku TV service upstairs allowed for viewing just about any streaming service you can think of. There was no Smart TV in the downstairs living area so even though there was more seating there, we had to go upstairs to enjoy Netflix, etc, where there was only enough seating for 3 on a couch. No can opener or teaspoons were available in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable but furniture, carpet, and appliances were all rather old and a bit shabby. We had a little trouble with the heating/air conditioning but a call to Carlos resulted in someone coming over and fixing the problem very quickly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Pretty Basic and Disappointing

Let me begin by stating that the photos of the house are accurate. The basics of the home appear to be sufficient at a glance. However, our disappointing stay started when we arrived at the house after dark. None of the outdoor lights had been left on, making it somewhat difficult for us to know if we approached the correct house. Simply leaving on an outdoor light for guests to see the front door, or the house number would have been nice. Once inside, we quickly discovered that there were no washcloths in the bathrooms. There was a single dishcloth and a small roll of paper towels in the kitchen. When I called the property manager to inform them, I was told, "The listing clearly states what IS in the house, bath and hand towels. We never said there would be washcloths." Fair enough. They also never said in their listing that the lights would have bulbs in them. Still, a reasonable renter would expect that there would be. Additionally, the carpet on the stairs to the second floor was quite dirty. And we found several places on walls and other surfaces, with dark/black handprints and fingerprints on them. The sliding back door required a person to lean the door off its track in order to secure the lock. The thermostat is in the upstairs hallway, making it hotter upstairs than downstairs. The house had limited Toilet Paper, so be sure to purchase what you need ASAP if you rent this place. And you won't find any salt & pepper in the home. I was told by the property manager that this is a requirement due to COVID, although I've not found this to be true elsewhere. Finally, as far as we could tell, all of the pillows were made with feathers and no other options were provided. On the plus side, this home is relatively close to the Disney properties and DoorDash does deliver there.

Air conditioning went out twice during our stay. The first day, maintenance came at 10:30 pm to fix it, and said that they had had to fix it two days prior. It went out again on the second morning, and maintenance did not come until close to dinnertime to fix it.

Family Vacation

House is very roomy I loved the house. I think toilet seats need to be updated especially in the bathroom up stairs by the room with twin beds toilet seat looked nasty even after cleaning it with Lysol wipes I told my kids not to use that bathroom, and the WiFi was bad the TV in the master bedroom upstairs was freezing while watching TV. But I would definitely go back. Thank you

Makeover, Makeover!

The home was spacious and roomy but it is in need of a makeover. Even though the cleaning crew was just finishing up when we arrived , the home did not smell fresh. The furniture, carpet, rugs, bedding, towels, etc...All need to be replaced. They are old and worn out. The tile floors and outdoor walkway all need to be cleaned. We paid too much to be stuck with those features for 5 days.

Nice home! Great space

This house is really in a great location. The community is very pretty all around especially the clubhouse and pool. The house itself is very spacious and nice loved the floor plan of the house. It seemed to be very clean when we got there and is well equipped with everything in the kitchen. The game room was very entertaining for the kids to play. Overall we would definitely rent it again! Thank you again for a great experience with this rental.
