Family Holiday

Great property, ideal for our family size perfect distance from Disney, but close enough for eating out and shopping. Would love to stay there again if we go back in a few years time.

Great stay

We’ve stayed at this house a few times. It’s clean, well equipped and comfortable. The kids love the pool. Mom and dad love the hot tub. It’s well worth paying to heat the hot tub. We chose the neighborhood because of location. It’s a mile from the tourist area and a few miles from the parks.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was everything we needed and more. Spacious rooms, great pool area and all the amenities that you would need for vacation was there. Thanks Trevor for everything.

Great location for a family visiting Disney

My family of nine stayed at this location for a family vacation to Disney and Universal theme parks. We were close to both theme parks and a Walmart. This made getting around for us super easy.

Great property

We were 3 guys playing golf each day and this place was perfect to come back to , to a spacious , quiet wonderful neighborhood and house to relax and get cleaned up before going back out to dinner . There was nothing we lacked and would like to get back next time we’re in Orlando

Excellent property

We had a fantastic time in the property. One small issue with pool heat & the dishwasher was quickly resolved by the owner Trevor. Hope to return soon. Highly recommend a stay in this house - have stayed numerous times in the area and this was the best

Hightly Recommend

Property manager was fast to alert us to a pool correction they were working on as soon as we arrived (before we even had a chance to figure it out ourselves) and very responsive to correct a small plumbing issue during our stay. The location is perfect for all the Disney parks, lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I recommended the nearby Publix, not the Walmart. Plenty of room and all the amenities you think you will need. Highly recommend this home and property managers.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this house. The pool is nice with a privacy fence. There are Rokus on all TVs, and a TV in each bedroom. We had room to spread out. The location is close to the parks and lots of restaurants. No complaints, had a great time.

Perfect location

This villa is absolutely perfect for visiting all theme parks. Great location. The villa has all amenities that you need for a great holiday. Communication with the owner and local management agent is also perfect. Kept informed at all times about check n and check out as well as dos and donts. The villa is very clean and is in a lovely area. This was our first time there but certainly will stay again

Big house

Pool was great but unusable without heat which is an extra charge if you read the whole advertisement. House is bigger than advertised and fully stocked. Owner very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous villa

My family and I had an amazing time staying at Paradise house. The kids loved swimming in the pool and had a great time playing darts and pool.Great location also and plenty of room for all nine of us with NO drop in water pressure when we all were having showers in each of the bathrooms, which can be a problem in other places we have been previously Very helpful owner Trevor Who is polite and prompt to respond to any queries I had, thanks for letting us use your home. I would definitely book paradise house again.

My wife Sheila and I first came out to Florida 20 years ago with our children.We have visited Disney and Universal many times since. We have always stayed in Hotels. In the year 2009 we came out with 2 of our grandchildren and stayed in a villa. The experience was so much better that we decided to buy this fantastic place. We looked in many areas around Orlando before choosing Indian Creek,we settled here as it gave easy access to all the Orlando Theme Parks. Also it is close to shops restuarants and many golf courses. A quiet location and within easy driving distance of Tampa and the west coast beaches.
