Check in went well, one small blip with the door access code but a 1 minute phone call rectified it. The townhome itself was clean, spacious with a well stocked kitchen that we really didn’t use because on vacation we choose to dine out instead of cook. All my emails to the owner were quickly returned with the needed information. Location was perfect, easy access and close to Disney, Epcot and all the other attractions. The Windsor Hills property is very nice, it has a beautiful water park that my grandson enjoyed after getting back from the park(s). Also has a nice game room and Cafe with menu food, drinks and any sundry items you may need. Overall it was an excellent choice and hopefully we will return when our granddaughter gets a little older.

We enjoyed our stay!! Plenty of room without being on top of each other!! nice to have three separate bathrooms! Although the pool at the house appear small, it worked out great for the kids and warmed up quickly! Very close wall to clubhouse!!Had to buy trash bags and toilet paper to accommodate our stay!

This is the perfect location for the parks as well as plenty of restaurants too. The pool was great and plenty of space in the townhouse. We look forward to staying here again someday!

Great option close to Disney

We have stayed at Windsor Hills several times, always in different places to accommodate various numbers of travelers. Our stay here was great. The house was as described, easy to get to, and met our needs.

Great Location

Great place to stay for a quick weekend, location is prime. Close to the entrance of the resort and the water park. Very clean and everything we needed. Patty was a great host and I would stay here again.

Very nice stay!

This property was clean and plenty spacious for 5 of us. We had a question the first day and the owner got back to us quickly. The clubhouse and pool were close by and very nice.

Everything was wonderful. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked. My nephew enjoyed the community water park and the private splash pool. We would definitely stay again!

Great property

The property was very clean and perfect for our family. The kids loved having the pool in the balcony. Location was perfect to get to the parks. Patty was very helpful in providing us with the information needed to get checked in. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, comfortable home

Great location, short walk to clubhouse and pool area as well as one of the playgrounds. Also close to Kissimmee/Orlando and all the theme parks and attractions. Unit was adequately clean and comfortable. Splash pool in the back was wonderful! Please note that the kitchen is stocked with dishes, cups, and cooking pots, but there is no seasonings, cooking oil, plastic wrap etc.

Perfect location

Great rental - we loved the ensuite bathrooms and the splash pool! So close to all the Disney parks - I don't think it ever took more than 15 minutes to get to any park (with traffic)! Plenty of dishes and utensils for cooking. Very clean!

Windsor Hills Stay

We stayed with my daughter & niece for a volleyball tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. Property was great! Plenty of space & flexibility for swimming with our own pool out back. I-4 was backed up every day with heavy traffic, but we prepared ourselves & gave enough time to get to the convention center on time each day. Close to the theme parks as well. Had a great stay!

Great location and very private

Great location to Disney parks and seaworld. We haven’t been to Florida in 3 years and we had previously stayed at hotels. This was great with a 16 and 11 year old to all have our own space. The pool in back was nice to sit in after a day at the parks! Overall a ton of space and great location. Good communications with property owner and check in process!

Great stay!

We had a great stay. Condo was clean, although you could tell there are a lot of people in and out as baseboards and high traffic areas are a bit worn out. The headboard of one twin bed was not well attached and is super noisy when you move on the bed. Everything was comfortable however, and we would stay here again. The pool and water park are really great. Super close to Disney!

Great place, from Austin tx

The place was great, so much room, it was clean and had everything we needed. We were so busy at the parks we didn’t get into the lil pool, hopefully next time. Patty was great, she would message me asap answering my questions..check in was easy. Thank you and will book again next year. (My wife now has a Disney addiction)
