Hello Bérénice,
I appreciate your comments and, in the future, to avoid the situation you are describing, I suggest you that before booking, you carefully read the information contained in the advertisement of the apartment that interests you. Because before arriving, you asked me several questions about information that is included in the ad, and the location near the train that you mention now, is commented by some former guest, and it is also detailed in the ad, as I reproduce literally: "The train station, and consequently the train tracks, are close to the apartment, so the trains can be heard passing ".
On the other hand, just as I confirmed you that the towels and sheets were included (and this is also indicated in the ad), so are the kitchen towels, and they can easily be found in the second drawer of the kitchen, along with the placemats.
Regarding the welcome kit you mention, finally, I actually do offer it, and in fact it is very complete (it consists of a continental breakfast which includes coffee, tea, milk, fruit juice, cocoa shake, cereals, cookies, biscuits, butter, jam, and chocolate cream, in addition to the bottle of water you mention), but I offer it for longer stays. The reason is because I am doing the effort to accept stays as short as yours, of only two nights, but you must understand that the rent has to bring me some economic benefit. In this sense, on the other hand, remember that you arrived at the apartment at 5:30 pm, and not late, as you say, and that you arrived by car (if you do not remember the time, check the history of our conversations, where it is clear that you confirmed your arrival at 17:28 exactly). And here there are several supermarkets that close at 10pm, but anyway, coming by car, you could bring your provisions.
In any case, I appreciate your comments.
