Big rooms and beds so our family could spread out! Close to Old Town and the art museum, plus great restaurants! Loved the deck! And so great to have an iron and a board plus washer/dryer accessible!

Parking was easy and secure. 3 blocks walking distance from Old Town square for souvenir shopping. Delicious meals at Level 5 and Guardunos Mexican cantina. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

Brunch at Level 5. Smashburger, eggs bacon and toast

Drinks at Level 5: espresso martini and Bloody Mary.

Staying here was a great experience. The check in process was easy to follow, the home was very clean and organized. The location was fantastic for visiting anyplace in Albuquerque really, Old Town was basically a block away and within walking distance and the interstate was up the road so easy access to everything. There is off street parking which was wonderful as well. Overall great experience.

House is awesome. Location in Old Town is very nice. The beds were not very comfortable but overall a great house otherwise. It was quiet and private and I would give it 5 stars if they had better mattresses.

This is a big space with three bedrooms suitable for adults or couples. I was particularly happy with the wifi, which was fast enough for my days full of Zoom calls. The snacks were a nice touch too. It was a perfect home base for us while we were visiting!

Great location & plenty of room. We were only 3 adults but definitely a complete family home away from home. A patio a 2nd floor deck, 2 bathrooms & a carport were great extras.

Was a very pleasant stay. The history of the home and the family that built it was truly a joy to read about. My family too has been in NM for generatioms and you could feel the warmth of family. We loved all the space and the work that was put in to add touches of modern style. This would definately be a place I would recommend for longer stays and we will most likely look to book again next year!

Tub in upstairs bath was slow to drain. I had to clean hair out. A little misunderstanding about family coming to visit caused by their pets. Communication with the owner was spot on for most part and home met expectations

The house was lovely with plenty of room, clean, and comfortable beds and living room area. Definitely soacious for 4 people.The location was perfect as it's only a block from Old Town. Earl was super friendly and quick to respond. I'll definitely be staying here again!

Hi my name is Earl Baca, I actually grew up in this very same neighborhood. I love the outdoors and communicating with lots of folks and meeting new people from around the world. I am bilingual and have lived in Alb. all my life. I am also proud dad of 3 beautiful children and love spending time with my family.

This Property is suited for folks who would like to get away from the busy streets of Albuquerque, but is just minutes away from mostly everything. Including the transit system, I - 40 interstate. Old Town Plaza, etc. I grew up on this very same street and know most of the families in our neighborhood. You will love the nice peaceful area. Plenty of parking on the property. Lots of lighting for security. AC and Heating with all of the amenities available to you.

This an Adobe Style home the four base wall are made with thick mud bricks. So the place stays nice and cool in the summer and warm and cozy in the winter. Private cozy patio where you and your friends and family can enjoy the fire pit or BBQ grill.
