This quiet 50m² holiday home can accommodate 5 people. It features a living room with a seating area, sofa, and TV, an open-plan equipped kitchen (4 gas burners + electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker), and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A mezzanine level offers two sleeping areas, each with a double bed (140cm) and a wardrobe, and a separate single bed (90cm) and a wardrobe. Another room located upstairs above the laundry room offers another double bed (140cm). The laundry room has a washing machine and a dishwasher. You'll also enjoy a small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, a built-in barbecue, and two sun loungers. Parking is available in the courtyard. Pets are not allowed. End-of-stay cleaning is to be performed by the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
