In La Tranche sur Mer, center, small house with private garden in a holiday residence located 400m from the shopping center, 700m from the beach and 1000m from the city center.
The accommodation includes a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen area, a dining area opening onto the terrace and the garden. A bedroom with a 140cm bed and cupboard. A bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine. Separate toilet. Upstairs a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90cm and cupboard. (height less than 1.80m). A private parking space.
EQUIPMENT: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, fridge-freezer, microwave, television, garden furniture, toaster, 2 induction burners, wifi, furniture, crockery and cutlery ...
The end of stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
