The pool was set to 90 degrees but usually felt cooler. Host Jim was fantastic at replying to a couple small issues. House was very nice, we plan on coming back.

Once we realized the option to have the pool heated was available, then we were okay with the pool. The weather was unseasonably cool. The pool was okay and "private" in terms of we were the only people to use it but . . not so "private" in that there is no fencing or hedging between the neighbor's pool areas. The host cannot help that it was Spring Break and that the neighboring pools were very loud with music and loud talking. The house was beautiful and probably was the best bed I've ever tried to sleep on away from home. The neighborhood is safe and nicely maintained. The house was very clean; the host assisted when there was an issue with the entry code. The laundry area seemed very nice; we were not there long enough to need the laundry and there was no "courtesy" detergent which is not a big deal. We loved the location but if we were to come to the area for an extended period of time with more people, we would likely not stay again due to the houses being so close to each other and lack of privacy.All said, we were there mostly for a family emergency and the house was beautiful and served our purposes as a place to come back and unwind. The choice of seafood restaurants was as I remembered when I grew up in the area.

It’s good to hear the pool heating option worked once you found it. I’m sorry the proximity to neighboring pools and Spring Break noise affected your sense of privacy; unfortunately we can’t control other properties, but we’ll note your feedback as we look for ways to improve the guest experience. I also appreciate the note about courtesy detergent — we’ll consider adding that amenity. Thank you for the four-star rating, and we’d welcome any suggestions on how we could make your next stay a five-star one.

Beautiful home

This house had everything we needed and they were very helpful when I had trouble opening the door. The pool was our favorite part. The bedrooms were all very spacious and plenty of bathrooms for our family of five

Great location. Kids had a blast in the pool. Would suggestion cleaning the oven and grill, could use. Replace the sliding glass door to pool cause it’s a metal piece that u could cut your hand on. We had to use a towel to lock it not safe! Also had no clue about p

Amazing!

Our family had such an amazing stay! The location is perfect it is nice and quiet but still so close to all activities available and the beaches are gorgeous!! The home was clean, gorgeous, and comfortable. Pool was excellent and made our stay so fun for the kids! Will definitely stay again next time we are in Destin!

Very relaxing

This property was very nice and clean with everything you need while you are there. The pool and hot tub was amazing and the kids absolutely loved it. The house is very close to the beach and restaurants.

Perfect house for us

This house was perfect for us! Everyone in our group had their own space and plenty of room. We loved the pool and how close all the attractions were. We had a great time here. Will stay here again!

Beautiful property

This was a beautiful property in a well kept quiet neighborhood. We loved being a half mile from the beach and a half mile each way to great restaurants. We look forward to staying here again in the coming years

My granddaughter enjoyed the swimming pool. The kitchen was nice and roomy. The fireplace kept us nice and cozy. The property manager was a big help every time I needed him. The house was available to us earlier than expected. That helped me a ton!

Small Paradise

Our stay was wonderful. This home was so clean and neat. Loved how roomy it was. Very spacious for us. And being able to step out and relax in the jacuzzi and pool was a plus! Loved everything about it!

Spring Break Family Vacation

Overall the stay was very nice and the house and pool were great and bonus to have your own private pool. The gated community was great with easy access to public beaches. The community pool and area was great for kids. The house itself could use a good deep cleaning and some repairs but still clean and worked well for us.
