You did rent as advertised as a 4 bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms would have made it a 6 bedroom. We did reply back on 12/4 thru your Chat message of which an email was sent to you.

We are very disappointed that you did not enjoy the cabin. This is one of our guests favorite lodges, and although rustic, does not usually disappoint so drastically. We hope you will consider us in the future, and we can accommodate you in one of our more modern lodges.
