An enjoyable visit

Our host Michelle was great. She made everything easy and gave us ideas of places and attractions to visit. We had a relaxing and enjoyable week there.

Great location and perfect for our needs. Feels almost like stayinhg with family. Hope we can make arrangements for our third year in 2024.

Coquina Sands

The property had an ideal location. It was two blocks from Lowdermilk park the public beach. Also, it was within walking distance of 5th Ave., South, where all the nice restaurants are Michelle was a delightful host and we certainly enjoyed meeting her. We hope to stay again someday.

A wonderful, quiet, and beautiful property.

Michelle is an excellent host. The guest house is cute and comfy. The pool is amazing and the best part is the short walk to a beautiful beach. I highly recommend visiting to experience the Zen!

Zen garden getaway

We were pleased with the quiet neighborhood and the close proximity to the beach, restaurants and local sights. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Our host, Michelle, was very gracious and knowledgeable about where to go and what to see. There were a few things that could have been updated, but we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice comfortable stay

Location was a walking distance to Lowdermilk park and beach. I arrived around midnight. Michelle made sure to stay up and wait for me to welcome me. That was very nice of her. She also checked with me if I want a blanket on a cold night and gave me one. Guest house was clean and comfortable. Bed is for 1 person but you can open the couch which i didn't need to. There was some coffee you could brew. I loved sitting by the pool in the morning to drink my coffee before i start my day. I would book there again when i come back to Naples.

Peaceful

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Michelle is very accommodating and respectful of your privacy. Great place to stay if you are traveling with a small dog.

Our stay in Naples

We really loved our stay. Michelle is a wonderful host and we thoroughly enjoyed her pool home. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, an ideal location. Wish the weather was a tad warmer, we would have loved to enjoy the pool. We will definitely come back in the future.

Nice quiet family neighborhood. Friendly and hospitable host. Peaceful environment. 10 min drive to downtown Naples. 5 min walk to beach.

in the center of a magical location

Fabulous location. Privacy is amazing, and you are proximate to so much of all Naples has to offer. Owner is lovely, and knows how to strike a fine balance between privacy but being accommodating.

Peaceful, private, dog-friendly little house near the beach

It's not easy to find places that allow big dogs in this part of Naples so I was very happy to discover this little guest house. The neighborhood and the property are quiet and peaceful and the privacy of a guest house was especially nice during the pandemic. The manager is very nice and responsive. The house itself is fully functional but has not been recently updated. Larger and more modern places are available for the same price, but not in this neighborhood so close to the beach. Overall, I was very happy there and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful location and hosts

The listing is accurate. It's close to the beach and much more. It's right on a golf course part of a local luxury resort. The pool is nice. The owners are very kind and helpful. The place could use a better bed, but still an amazing stay!
