Romantic appartment in 17th century French farmhouse

The studio apartment is located in a typical 17th century French farmhouse in Le Peyruzel. Le Peyruzel is a 13th century village located in the golden triangle where life has not changed much and you still can see farmers and their cattle. We offer a cosy and stylish accommodation equipped with a little fitted kitchen for the preparation of small dishes, a modern bathroom with head shower. Additionally there is a living room area connected to the bedroom. You have access to parking and a private courtyard where you can have breakfast and barbecue. You can visit Daglan a picturesque little village located at the intersection of medieval villages and castles, here you can visit its quality restaurants and enjoy a great meal prepared with local products such as truffles and confits. In the surrounding areas you can hire a canoe to discover the river Dordogne, or sit at one of the many charming terraces where you will be delighted with the local wines and cheeses.

Perfect cottage with perfect hosts

We had the most amazing stay here. The hosts, Stephen and Anna, were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating - they went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, and even kindly gave us a lovely box of chocolates as a welcome gift. The cottage was wonderful, well-furnished, clean, and had everything you could need. It was in a wonderful location and had the most beautiful views. The outdoor space was fantastic and very private and the pool was fabulous. We would love to stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have a lovely, relaxing time.

Delightful Gite

A beautiful secluded cottage in a lovely picturesque area. We had a great time exploring the Dordogne, both on land and by boat! The pool was a very welcome asset to this property which we shared with a rather large flock of swallows. All in all, we had a wonderfully relaxing break thanks to Anne and Stefan. Thank you!

We weren heel aardig en warm ontvangen door de sympathieke eigenaar. Het huis zelf is op een heel mooie, ongelofelijk rustige plek gelegen en de studio is karakter- en smaakvol ingericht. Perfect voor een koppel, met alle nodige luxe aanwezig. De eigenaars zijn aanwezig, maar zeer discreet. Ik kan niet meer zeggen dat we genoten hebben.

Tout le charme du Périgord

Accueil charmant et présence très sympathique et discrète des propriétaires (un couple), le studio est ravissant, confortable, dans un hameau préservé et calme, proche de nombreux sites à visiter, et des commerces. Romantischer Urlaub

Wir haben die Tage in dieser romantischen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Es ist sehr ruhig, man hat einen tollen Ausblick, einen schönen sonnigen Platz zum draußen sitzen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir konnten den wunderschönen großen Pool nutzen. Die Wohnung war angenehm kühl und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt. Interessante Ziele waren mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Im Dorf selbst ist die Anfahrt ein wenig 'tricky', aber auch das machte den Charme der Unterkunft aus. Sehr sehr romantisch! Sehr sympathische Vermieter. Alles lief sehr unkompliziert ab.

Calme et repos assurés

Des propriétaires d'une grande gentillesse et d'une grande discrétion aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Le hameau est parfait pour passer un séjour détente. Le gîte est confortable et joliment décoré. Une grande et belle piscine avec une vue superbe sur la campagne fait un bien fou pour se délasser et se rafraichir. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette belle région.

A ne pas manquer

Tout est parfait dans cette location : l'accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires. Un logement authentique et bien équipé. Une très belle piscine avec une vue à couper le souffle. Si vous cherchez un logement dans le coin, n'hésitez pas à vous orienter vers celui-ci.

Medieval Domme

We had a lovely stay in medieval Domme. House , lovely, felt special in heart of village , lots of good restaurants although village very quiet after 21.00 . Garden and refresher pool an added bonus. Wi-Fi never managed to work but that was our only complaint and perhaps down to service provider issues. Although Stefan was unable to meet us directly due to Airline difficulties he was in regular communications and helpful at all times. Helen

Piscine hors service, le propriétaire nous suggère d’aller à la rivière !

Endroit sympa, en revanche assurez-vous auprès des propriétaires que la piscine ait bien été entretenue. Aussi, assurez-vous qu’il n’y ait pas eu d’orage dans les 6 mois précédent votre arrivée si vous voulez profiter du Wifi et de la piscine. En effet, en pleine période de canicule, ma femme et moi voulions profiter de la fraîcheur périgourdine en louant un bien avec piscine. En arrivant, la déception fut grande, la piscine est verte, trouble et remplie d’algues. INUTILISABLE. Malgré tout les efforts de la personne gérant la location pour les propriétaires, rien n’y fait. Nous aurons passé trois jours et trois nuits sans pouvoir profiter de la piscine par plus de 40 degrés. Le propriétaire nous conseillant même d’aller à la rivière à la place ! Également, si vous voulez profiter de l’extérieur et du BBQ, commencez tôt car vous devrez cesser toutes activités et ne plus faire de bruit dès 22h le week-end ! Sinon la fraîcheur du logement et la localisation sont vraiment appréciable !

Sejour de charme

Difficile de repartir et quitter un endroit aussi agréable. La location est conforme à l'annonce et l'accueil est particulièrement attentif et chaleureux. Belgium is our home country and France our holiday destination!
After years of hard work in our own company, we wanted something different. We have traveled around in a mobile home and visited many beautiful places in Europe. For us, the Perigord-Noir and especially this Golden Triangle turned out to be Paradise. . We wanted to spend our old age, now that we are retired, in the Périgord!
We have 4 sons, who like to come and enjoy with their husband and children. It is here for them the Walhalla in the culinary field. The eight grandchildren feel like real princesses and princes here among all those castles. The countryside and nature gives them challenges and healthy living. They come here to enjoy farm life and the peace and quiet, which we don't find in Antwerp!
Meeting people from all over the world seemed like the future. This way our old age will not be lonely and we can help our guests and provide a pleasant leave. We realize once again that after hard work it is necessary to take a relaxing leave.
We respect your privacy and are happy to offer our services if this is desired.
We have furnished our house in such a way that it can be enjoyed in a cozy and comfortable way. And hope that in "La petite Bergerie" you can find a little rural tranquility in the Perigord.
