Exactly as advertised. Easy beach access. Restaurants within walking distance. Having the beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas was great! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Perfect everything!

This property was an absolute joy to stay at. It was clean, quiet, and so close to the beach. The property owner/manager Sabrina was very reaponsive and super friendly. Easy parking, beautiful home, everything was perfect, definitely recommend to everyone!

Getaway

We loved our fully stocked cottage. Walking range to beach, bars, restaurants, coffee and deli. We also enjoyed the courtyard, hammock. Washer and dryer right on site. Added bonus all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, goodies provided. We’ll be back!

Wonderful

This was our second time staying in the same unit; Sabrina and Bill are always so attentive and responsive. Unit was clean, spacious and well appointed. Everything we needed for the beach was conveniently located in a separate shed/area (new) and there were plenty of items available. Beach is less than a 2 minute walk and we love that the town added the cross walk signals since our last visit. Close to bars/restaurants/cafes, no issues with noise from the bar or the street. Overall it was a wonderful stay as usual and we hope to return next year once our vacation weeks are confirmed.

Quaint little gem

Such a cute little spot right in the middle of everything you want to do. Just a quick walk to the beach and the wagon, toys, chairs, etc. were perfect! Bed was very comfy and the pull out couch was a good space for our two boys.

My Happy Place

This cottage picks up the Indian Rocks Beach vibe in the decor, is very close to the beach and still feels very private. Sabrina responded immediately to my texts. Perfect for a solo traveler but could certainly house more.

Perfect - again

Wonderful unit with nice feature and perfect location - very quiet, close to bars and restaurants and just 3 minutes walk from the beach. Owner pays much attention to detail and is continuously updating and improving the unit. This was our 2nd time and we will be back!

winter respite

Truly a getaway from ice and cold! Quiet, clean, all things we needed to prepare meals at home provided, nice neighbors, friendly and fast communications from the owners, and a quick walk to the beach. We signed up for next year already.

We arrived and everything was perfect and just as described. So many little extras that made this a great beach rental. The owners were so responsive and provided us with all Of the info we could ever possibly need. They provided a notebook that had Tons of information about the rental and IRB. We would definitely rent from them again if it was just my husband and I.

Excellent location and perfect set up!

Wonderful retreat for a couple. Very nice set up of the unit - everything worked perfectly well. Quite location but still just steps to the beach and many restaurants and bars. Highly recommendable. Will come back.

Wonderful!

We had a fantastic stay here. Sabrina and Bill were wonderful to work with. The rental is super cozy, not far from the beach, and had everything we needed! Sabrina was incredibly communicative and checked in with us throughout our story! We loved our stay here!

Fantastic place to stay!

We loved the location, the space, the cleanliness, the communication with the owners, and all the wonder amenities! Bed was amazingly comfortable. We used the bikes, beach items, and laundry often, and had everything we needed for a great vacation! Looking forward to returning here in the future!

Amazing Property

Our family absolutely loved Plum Paradise. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, and there was plenty of space for us and our belongings. The kids loved the sofa bed and the main bedroom/bed was very comfortable. Sabrina and Bill thought of everything when furnishing the unit. We had everything we needed and more. The unit was clean and well kept, towels and linens were clean, and broom/vacuum in the storage closet came in handy throughout the trip. Sabrina checked in regularly with us, never felt bothered, and any issues that we had were resolved immediately (small issue with ants when we arrived late in the evening which was resolved by the morning). Property was and felt very secure, no worries about walking around the neighbourhood in the evening, or using the laundry facilities at night. Area was quiet and very close to the beach, less than a 2 min walk. Everything we needed for the beach was made available to us. Restaurants and grocers just around the corner, plenty of dining options. Will definitely try to book another stay here once we confirm our next vacation weeks.

I love sharing our pieces of paradise by taking care of our vacation rentals in Florida and Arizona. I have a passion for traveling and exploring new places through food and fun. Some of my favorite things include farmers markets, spending time with my family, and of course eating yummy food.

Location is key and this little town still feels sandy and beachy. With limited high rises it doesn't feel like a concrete jungle. Only .5 block from Gulf Blvd and 1 house from the park. This beachy bungalow is just steps away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, yoga, ice cream, pickle ball courts and 15th Ave beach access.

Honestly, they are my babies;) I have carefully curated every piece of furniture and decoration that awaits your arrival.
