家は最近、1つの小さなバスルーム（シャワー）とダイニングテーブルとソファのある広いリビングスペースのオープンキッチンで完全に改装されました
二重ユニット（80m2）は、2つの他の家の間の個人住宅の一部です。
3つのベッドルームがあります。2人用のマスターが1人（ベッド140）、2人が小さい（1ベッド140-1ベッド120）
広い庭からプライベートのピクニック用のテーブルがあり、美しい夕焼けの下のビーチに直接アクセスできます

Schöner Ort mit kleinen Fragezeichen

Der Ort Villerville ist sehr schön, aber auch ziemlich abgelegen. Der Strand ist sehr schön und sauber. Das Haus ist sehr speziell, für 4 Personen maximal belegt. Unterhalb des Grundstücks liegt eine Dauerbaustelle, die den Zugang zum Strand behindert und für Lärmbelästigung sorgt. Darüber wurden wir nicht informiert. Es gibt auf dem Grundstück keinen Parkplatz (nicht einmal zum be- und entladen). Man muss im Ort kostenpflichtig parken - 10,- € pro Tag. Für den Preis ist das eigentlich nicht akzeptabel.

Fantastische Location

Das Haus steht zusammen mit zwei weiteren Häusern (in einem wohnt die Vermieterin, das andere ist auch für Feriengäste) in einem wunderschönen parkähnlichen Garten. Dieser führt terrsssenähnlich bis hinunter sn den Strand. Der Blick aufs Meer ist fantastisch. Auch unser Sohn genoss den Garten dank einer tollen Seilbahn, slackline, Trampolin, etc.. Auch in unserer Unterkunft haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer sehr peniblen Wert auf Sauberkeit legt, dem könnten manche etwas oberflächlich gereinigten Bereiche unangenehm auffallen. Mathilde konnten wir bei fragen jederzeit kontaktieren, sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen, konnten sehr gut entspannen und uns erholen.

Amazing place!

Beautiful place to stay, especially the gardens with great views! Villerville is a beautiful village. Weather could have been better, but our sons were verry happy with the excellent WiFi! Parking can be a bit of a problem, but every day we managed to find a spot. Thanks Mathilde for your hospitality, we enjoyed it very much!

Very Pleasant

Very nice home in a small, Normandy village

My wife and two college-age children spent three nights in this home in early June 2019. It proved to be a great jumping off point to visit sites in Normandy. The home comes with a beautiful view of the channel and is a very short walk to the market and free parking. The home was exceptionally clean, with three bedrooms and full bath. The bedrooms were all on the second floor. The first floor had a well equipped kitchen and LR/DR in one large room. Internet was excellent. This is a place to stay if you have a rental car. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. There is nothing in the description provided in the listing that is inaccurate. We highly recommend this home for those who desire a quiet town in which to sleep and have a car in which they are driving to the tourist sites in the region.

magnifique!

Abbiamo passato un magnifico fine settimana. Mathilde aveva pensato proprio a tutto per noi e per i nostri quattro bambini (lettino da campo, barriera scale, bagnetto neonato ect), inoltre è sempre stata disponibile per qualsiasi nostra necessità. La casa era perfetta, il giardino bellissimo e la spiaggia si raggiunge facilmente in tre minuti. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di soggiornare in questo posto magnifico!

Situation magnifique

Maison agréable et une situation exceptionnelle en bord de mer. Un effort supplémentaire sur la propreté des lieux est souhaitable pour justifier le prix d'une location de standing. La propriété est grande et il serait possible de stationner son véhicule ... dommage car pas toujours facile dans le village.

Casa situada en un bello entorno

El lugar es muy bonito, la propietaria muy amable, la casa está bien decorada aunque el baño es muy pequeño y las instalaciones necesitarían alguna renovación. Nada importante aunque esto hace que precio calidad resulte caro.

Excellent property near Deauville

We had a beautiful time in this property, which is in immaculate condition. We have 2 young children (2 & 4 years old). They loved the freedom of the open gardens, swing and path to the beach. We had 3 small bedrooms. Property is very secure with gated access. Mathilde had some DVD's which we were very grateful for as the children watched Wille Wonka Chocolate Factory DVD on one of the wet days we had. Excellent host who offered her tumble dryer to dry clothes. The property had coffee maker, washing machine, micro wave etc etc. Perfect home for a holiday. Great base for exploring Deauville (8 mins away) and the beautiful Honfleur (which we discovered on our last day) If you get a chance to stay here I would recommend it

Das Domizil liegt inmitten eines beschaulichen Örtchens idyllisch in einer Art Park, der terassenförmig direkt bis zum niemals überfüllten Strand führt. Traumhafte Ausblicke von allen möglichen Teilen des Grundstückes. Sitzgelegenheiten über den Park verteilt.Whirlpool.Absolute Ruhe. In 1-5 Minuten zu Fuß errreichbarer kleiner Supermarkt, Restaurant, Creperie. Für das alltägliche Leben ist also kein Auto erforderlich !Haus tiptop gepflegt, hell und freundlich.Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die gut Englisch und Deutsch sprechen.Wir haben überwiegend gefaulenzt und uns wunderbar erholt, weil es vor Ort so schön war, dass Ausflüge gar keinen Reiz hatten.Allerdings finden sich für Interessierte auch schöne Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten (Honfleur,Deauville,Bayeux,Caen,Landungsstrände)in ca. 1 Autostunde Entfernung.Absolut empfehlenswertes Urlaubsdomizil.

Fantastic property in a beautiful setting

A stunning location, with the most beautiful garden of any property we've stayed in. The access to the beach was the icing on the cake. Mathilde was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, and the house was equipped with everything we could need. Highly recommended! It was a perfect family holiday.
