**Reservations are available in weekly (7 night) increments with arrivals and departures on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only.

Marriott's Ocean Pointe is a stunning beachfront resort located on Singer Island, Florida. Offering spacious units with modern amenities. The resort provides a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The one-bedroom villas at Marriott's Ocean Pointe offer a spacious and luxurious retreat, perfect for families or small groups. Each villa features a private bedroom with a king-sized bed, a comfortable living area with a queen sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals during your stay. Enjoy the convenience of a dining area, a washer and dryer, and a well-appointed bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The villas also include a private balcony or patio, providing the perfect spot to unwind while soaking in views of the resort or ocean. ADDITIONAL THINGS TO NOTE:

**While this is an oceanfront resort, not all villas will have ocean views. Villa view categories are offered based on availability. Rates and views may vary. Please message us with any specific questions/requests regarding view prior to confirming a booking.

**Marriott will assign all villas at checkin within the designated view category. The floor placement cannot be guaranteed. Most lower floor units will have obstructed views.

CONSTRUCTION UPDATES:

**Various ongoing resort projects and enhancements will be ongoing thought out the year.

**The adjacent residence property to the North of Marriott’s Ocean Pointe resort remains under construction and is an active construction site.

**Marriott’s Ocean Pointe will be undergoing a building and interior villa renovation from Sep. 1, 2024, to Dec. 31, 2024. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay. All resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.  

The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty.  Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations.  Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing.  The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property.  Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
