I was born in Papua, New Guinea (my father Dutch, and mother from Belgium). My husband, Claudio, was born in Turin, Italy. Our families made their ways to Kenya, where Claudio and I eventually met, and got married. We decided to immigrate to Toronto, Canada in the late 70s, where my husband worked as an architect, and I raised our 4 children. We have always loved to travel, and fell in love with Aruba many years ago. When my husband decided to retire, instead of taking it easy and relaxing, we decided to buy property in Aruba, and build our dream vacation home. Three years later, Bahati is ready to enjoy. This past summer, our youngest daughter got married in Aruba, and we were finally able to host family and friends in our Aruban home. In our short time in this home, we have already made wonderful memories. We plan on spending many more holidays in Aruba, and hope that others are able to make as many beautiful memories as we have.

You won't find any other property like this in Aruba. Bahati is a 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom spacious home. The kitchen is equipped with everything one would need, including two side-by-side 5 burner stoves (yes, this means two ovens, and 10 burners!), large full size fridge and full size freezer. Each bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom. There are many sitting areas, a great pool, lounge chairs, pool side bean bags, laundry room, the list goes on. While there are many large homes in Aruba, Bahati offers home comforts, in a beautifully decorated space.
