Best location on the beach

My family and I had such a wonderful time here! The layout of the condo is perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked for anything that you want to cook. My only suggestion is a new mattress in the master.

Stunning views!!

I loved the fresh towels and white linens! The beds were so comfortable and the air conditioning kept us cool when we came out of the summer heat. The pictures on Vrbo were spot on. The upgraded kitchen exceeded expectations. The deck was a great place to hang out and enjoy the views and the breeze! Thanks so much for sharing your lovely piece of paradise.

Excellent Property and Management

While there was an issue with one of the restrooms, the management company worked diligently and quickly to address the issue. When it could not be fully remedied, they were quick to issue a partial refund. Shout out to the folks at Luxury Coastal.

No Red Flags Here!

This condo looks exactly like the pictures. My family of 6 plus 2 guests thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit has everything you need to cook and be comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the lines were plentiful, and the appliances were excellent, but the view was the BEST. While our week was filled with fog and red flags… the condo itself was lovely. The only struggle for us is that there really isn’t any space for groceries in the kitchen…we just stacked the counters, and made space in a cabinet. That is a small issue that the view erases pretty quickly!

In the midst of a hurricane

We booked this property as a last minute family vacation before my son joins the navy. The week before, we heard there was a storm moving into the Gulf. I called the rental company and asked what the policy was and they assured us they would communicate with us if we needed to evacuate. We got a text while we were still on the way saying the property was ready for us, so we went straight in when we arrived. The property was nice and just like the pictures. The only real complaint is that there is no pantry. We buy groceries and cook on vacation and there was really no where to put all the food. Because of the storm moving in, we also had to move some of the patio furniture inside, which may the living area a little tight, but we still had room. We did end up staying and getting hit by the hurricane, which is no fault of the owners or rental company. However, the unit did very well during the storm. A little water seeped in where the sliding glass doors were, but no other damage happened to the property. Other condos and units were not so lucky. We did lose power, but there was a flashlight in the kitchen drawer and the owners had a battery pack plugged in as well, so we had additional power other than our own backup battery packs. Nights were a little warm with no power, but again, no one's fault. We would definitely consider renting this unit again. Once the storm passed, we spent some time on the patio and the two cushioned chairs were really comfortable. Despite the storm, we enjoyed some quality family time and even a little time on the beach.

Love the view!!!!

The property is unkept, but my actual rental condo was nice and clean! I would definitely refer this condo to others. The pool area needs some TLC as well as the hallways and lobby area. I only chose this property because it was on the beach. If this property was not on the beach I would have given this property a 2 out of 5.

Vaca 2021

The property is beautiful, well located on a quiet strip on the beach, well stocked kitchen and extremely easy check in. The cleaning needs to be a little better. Bedroom side tables should be cleaned after every stay and furniture needs to be wiped down. Should look for spills from past renters on furniture and clean accordingly. However, renters should clean up after themselves. I like to leave it cleaner than I found it. I appreciate the opportunity to use someone’s home and will always treat it with respect. Thanks for allowing us use of your property. It made our vacation very comfortable and enjoyable.

Perfect Getaway

With a pandemic, it's a bit concernig to stay in a stranger's home, but wow. Not only were the views amazing, the condo was so clean! We were able to just relax and enjoy our time away. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, the beds were comfortable, and the furniture was clean. It's a corner unit and was bigger than we expected. Also, the decor was a fresh & up-to-date delight! We initially booked it for 5 nights then decided to add an extra day, which we were able to do easily. On the morning of the last day we found out our door code wasn't updated to include that day. I called Luxury Vacation Rentals & they got me a new code right away over the phone while we were waiting at the door. We highly recommend this place!
