Great base for a golf trip

This was a great option for a guys golf group. Centrally located for a bunch of excellent courses. Tony was a gracious and enthusiastic host.

Nice quite house

The house is very roomy. We had 4 guys staying there with no complaints. The neighbors are amazing people as well. Over all it’s one of the best stays I have had.

Great Host

Tony was a great host, very attentive to the details and constant communication. In town for my daughter's wedding with family from around the country. The house provided a great getaway from the wedding activities in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and town.

Tony was awesome!

Seven of us were in town for a friends wedding. House fit all of us comfortably with plenty of room for more. Tony was excellent and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the stay. If you’re needing to stay somewhere near Mayville, definitely would recommend.

Great House for a Stay in Mayville

House is spacious for a larger group or family. Pros Check in was easy. Home was clean- strong scent of cleaning product upon arrival; and fans were running as it seemed the carpet had been cleaned prior to arrival. Located just off of main street- easy access to the city. Adequate parking both in the driveway for 2 vehicles. Plenty of towels Comfortable beds Easy to use smart tv/fire stick Fans provided in rooms or to move to any area you want more airflow Property owner is prompt with any questions or issues you may have. Cons No bath tub/small bathrooms for groups / families Small eating/dining area- 3 chairs at table (1 additional chair is at the desk, but doesn't fit easily at the table) Kitchen Trash can is un-covered/out in the open Kitchen Floor is old and doesn't appear the cleanest we've seen in other rentals (and seemed sticky upon arrival)

Good location and met our needs

Everything was good with this rental with one exception. We were required to contact the owner for thermostat changes which only he could make (he could do it remotely). He was very accommodating but we were reluctant to call him as we didn't want to be annoying. Plus, calling him in the middle of the night when the thermostat was set too cold was something we couldn't bring ourselves to do (i.e., we didn't want to wake him for such a request).

Awesome Host!!!

Toney set us up with an amazing trip. Not only did we get a very comfortable place to lay our heads at night, but we were guided were we needed to go for great golf, great food, and wonderful entertainment. You should really try the CA Cellars, located at 15 S main. Nice little wine bar and good laughs.

As advertised: Clean and easy

Tony was an excellent host. The check-in process was easy and effective. We were provided with all the amenities we needed for our stay and the location was very good for our travel needs. The property was clean and easy to get about for us, and the addition of a countertop pizza oven was a big hit. We'll be sure to consider this property again if we travel this way again!

Fair price, clean home, great communication & easy check-in.

This is a family house that sleeps 12. We used three of the bedrooms and found our beds comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and solid internet to keep up with work. Tony accommodated us with an early check-in at the last minute, and best of all - the price was excellent for the area. Overall, great stay.

Quiet and Relaxing Getaway

My Father and I had a wonderful time relaxing in this comfortable house in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Tony was a wonderful and caring host. I would recommend this property for a girl's/guy's getaway or for a gathering of family and friends.

Excellent Place to stay...

To all the Expedia/VRBO users looking at this property, this place far exceeded my expectations and the price is right! Took this property because my group needed a quick place to stay for work in the area and the host was amazing! The pictures were very accurate to what to expect from the home and the living room and kitchen was amazing with stainless steel appliances and has all the essentials to cook and eat at the property. The host just added a new washer and Dryer area in the basement so we were able to do wash at the property – Highly recommended! The amenities were fantastic - The property had shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and a basket of necessities that travelers sometimes forget to use if needed in the newly remodeled bathroom. The house was quite comfortable with plenty of windows to let sunshine in to brighten up the rooms. In the kitchen, 4 cabinets are locked out of 12 that you can use for yourself and there is plenty of counter space along with extra cleaning supplies, iron and ironing board. The host is new to this and was very open to suggestions and trying to help our needs. – The home is ideal for business trips and a place to stay exploring the area. – The Wi-Fi speed was wonderful - 5G so I could also work out of the home. In addition, the community has a lot of parks, golf courses, and recreation areas to visit. We checked out the ledge county park and the Horicon Marsh. I travel all around for work so I have stayed in several home rentals; Tony was by far one of the best – he called to check if everything was ok and gave tips about the town and the area. I will definitely be back to stay for work again and I’m also planning a great golf getaway here with some friends that the host is helping set up this fall! A+ rating – 5/5 stars!!!

Great little town. Amazing supper club just north in Leroy call The Wisco. Looking for a house close to where we had plans but not in a big city. Comfortable and quiet.

Great rental

Great place to stay! Very close to downtown Mayville, lots of local things to do. The home has lots of amenities and the owner was great to work with. Very helpful and available any time. Would definitely rent again if needed and completely recommend!!

This place far exceeded my expectations and the price is right! The pictures were accurate. The kitchen was amazing with stainless steel appliances and has all the essentials to cook and eat at the property. The house was quite comfortable – not at all like a “dungeon” with plenty of windows to let sunshine in to brighten up the rooms. In the kitchen, 4 cabinets are locked but there were plenty for me to use. Amenities were fantastic cold bottled water and soda in the refrigerator when I checked in and a gift certificate to a local restaurant. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and a basket of necessities. According to the owner, all beds are new. Each bedroom had a closet for personal belongings. The entire home was sparkling clean. I did suggest that the owner should put a television in the upstairs big bedroom and said it is a future consideration as the property is rented out more. The host is new to this and was open to suggestions. The Wi-Fi speed was wonderful - 5G so I could work from home. Nearby there are parks, golf courses, and recreation areas to visit. We checked out the ledge county park and the Horicon Marsh. I travel for work, I have stayed in several home rentals. Tony was by far one of the best – he called to check if everything was ok and gave tips about the town and the area. I will be back for work and a great golf getaway, the host is helping set up this fall! A rating – 5/5 stars!!!

Didn't like much. Everything is boarded up with locks. Felt like a dungeon. Wasn't allowed to do anything (crazy rules book). Just beds in the rooms. No character at all. If you have a family, do not rent! It was a place to sleep and that was the good part. No Laundry, no TVs in the rooms, no nightstands, nothing, just beds.

The Mayville are has many local playgrounds and parks to explore along with the White Limestone School/Historical Society Museums.

This property is minutes from Horicon Marsh Visitor Educational Center, walking trails, memorial bike trail, snowmobile trails, and Mayville Park Pavilion (Hosts Wedding and Special Events).

Ideal for golf trips - plenty of room and space.
