Property was beautiful! Everyone was super nice. Wished we had more time. It was exactly what we where looking for. The only downsides were that the hot tub was still broken from the Snowmageddon. We specifically wanted a hot tub, and were bummed that it wasn't available. The owner did tell us that it was broken, but she thought it would be fixed by the time of our stay.
We didn't realize that we had booked a handicapped accessible room. Which wasn't a bad thing, just means that when you shower, it is next to impossible to not make a big mess. Also, the upstairs neighbors were kind of loud. My sister ended up getting woken up more than once, so the floor/ceiling isn't soundproofed very well.
The kitchen didn't have hot water, BUT we didn't realize that until our last day when we needed to wash our wine glasses (remember, girl's weekend lol). So it wasn't an issue for us, and we did tell the front. I'm sure if we had noticed before, it would have been fixed immediatly.
The pool area is beautiful! We didn't get to use it sadly, because we didn't catch that the closing time was 8pm, instead of 10pm. I guess we are spoiled by our city livings lol
The drive up is gorgeous! One of our favorite places to hang out was the patio. It was perfect for just relaxing, drinking our wine and catching up talking about life.
Both of us are looking forward to bringing our families here in the future and would highly recommend this place!
