Original and charming villa located in Ador, which offers access to all necessary amenities to enjoy your holiday and accommodates 8 people (plus 2 extra).
The exteriors of the villa are wonderful. Go to the fully-equipped 40 m2 terrace and prepare a barbecue; swim in the pool or simply relax in any of the amazing corners in the garden. A beautiful green area is decorated with sculptures, fountains, plants, trees and night lighting. The private 8 x 7 metres saltwater swimming pool, with a uniform depth of 1.7 m, is covered -although not heated-. In this area, there is also a hot tub for seven people, as well as a sauna and two hammocks to rest.

The house has two porches, one smaller than the other. The first is glazed and has curtains to keep out the sun, as this room has a double sofa bed for the two extra guests. The other porch, much larger, is also glazed and furnished for you to share talks, laughs and family games while admiring the spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains.

This unique ground-floor villa of 200 m2 has four bedrooms: three doubles and one twin. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite, both with a bath. Sit back and relax in the beautiful two-level living room where you can watch TV, listen to music on the CD player, read a book or surf the internet. The house has oil central heating. The separate rustic kitchen has all the equipment of a modern kitchen: a gas cooker and all the appliances and utensils necessary to prepare all kinds of dishes as if you were at home.

In Serra de Ador you will enjoy beautiful landscapes such as the Barranc and the Font de Lloret. The Nature Learning Centre Serra de Ador is an example of the ecology consciousness of the region. There is also a 6 km route to walk through the mountain in which you will find the Cova Figueral with archaeological remains from the Neolithic. Ador is just 8 km from Gandia and is a good mix in terms of history, culture, fun and sports. Gandia has four large sandy beaches, which give you the opportunity to do a wide variety of activities, such as sky-surfing. Furthermore, we find one of the few beaches with the best-preserved dune system in the area, and also one of the few nudist beaches located in Valencia.

Groups of people under 25 are not allowed. We need ID card copies of each guest to accept the booking.

Please do not make noise from 10 pm to 10 am since this is a quiet urbanisation with very nearby villas.
Hot tub and sauna are available from 1st June to 30th September and the opening hours are from 10 am to 10 pm.
The hot tub water is not heated, and it is renewed every 7 days so it cannot be used once a week.
