Duplex apartment with a view of the ocean

This apartment was bought around 2003 to serve as a family apartment. This allows us to find our way around: grandparents, parents, children... everyone benefits.
It is a nice duplex located on the 2nd floor of the first block at the entrance of the site, with a view of the sea.
Downstairs, the living room includes a dining room with a lounge area and a kitchen area (multifunction oven, fridge, dishwasher, hood). This living room is our favorite, the one where we meet for meals, where we chat in the evening, where we watch the sea in moments of calm. The balcony allows you to enjoy the fresh air or have an aperitif while watching the boats go by.
There is also downstairs a small separate TV lounge with armchair and sofa bed, as well as a bathroom (with washing machine and dryer). The toilet is separate.

Upstairs, there is a parents' bedroom (1 double bed 160/200) and a children's bedroom (1 double bed 140/200, 2 bunk beds 90/200 and 1 baby bed).
Ideal for family occupancy, 2 adults and 4 children. Maximum is 5 adults
Underfloor heating, BT radio, high-speed internet (Orange fibre), TV.

As an option, it is possible to rent night linen (request via the messaging service).

End of stay cleaning is included (host's fee) for an amount of 60€.

An outdoor storage room on the first floor allows you to leave small beach equipment or bicycles. Private parking (access by magnetic card).
Finally, there is a playground for children, a tennis court and a golf driving range.

Wir sind mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kind angereist und waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Der Blick vom Balkon war traumhaft. Wimereux ist eine schöne Stadt mit toller Strandpromenade. Umliegende Orte sind gut zu erreichen und bieten weitere wunderschöne Strände und Aussichten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war tadellos, Philippe schrieb bei Anliegen unsererseits sofort zurück. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und wären gern noch länger geblieben.

Appartement très agréable et confortable, avec une terrasse très appréciable avec sa vue mer.Le parking est aussi un plus.La communication avec Philippe a été très facile et sympathique.Nous avons eu un souci de TV durant notre séjour, mais avec une forte réactivité de notre hôte pour solutionner le problème.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, avec de belles balades à faire dans les environs.

L'appartement, propice à un séjour en couple ou en famille, harmonieusement aménagé, est idéalement situé, face à la mer. L'accès de celui-ci vers les sentiers de randonnées et les plages est aisé et rapide. Il est également à proximité du centre de Wimereux et de ses commodités.L'appartement est parfaitement entretenu et offre tout le nécessaire à vivre un séjour "comme chez soi".

Vacances a Wimereux

Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour. Le proprietaire est tres réactif et aimable. Les Dunes du Golf est un petit complexe d appartements bien agréable dans un environnement parfait.

Bon séjour d'une semaine

L'appartement est conforme à la description, il est agréable, très bien équipé et ordonné. Une des chambres est petite mais la literie est bonne. La communication avec l'hôte a été cordiale et fluide, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir!

grandioser Meerblick

Für 3 Erwachsene war die Maisonettewohnung bestens geeignet. Der Blick vom Balkon war grandios. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, Supermarkt, Fischhändler, Strand vor der Steilküste. Zur Innenstadt dauert es ein bisschen länger, aber auch kein Problem. Der beschrankte Parkplatz bietet genug Platz. Außerdem ist ein abschließbarer Radschuppen auf dem Gelände vorhanden. Jederzeit wieder! Merci beaucoup!
