This newly renovated luxurious house is perfect for relaxing family staycations and vacations with unobstructed ocean and Gulf Island views!! Stunning ocean views from both levels of the house, this space was purposely designed with your comfort in mind.

The main level features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom boasts a Spa-like bathroom with double sinks, radiant floor heating, soaker tub, and rain shower. It also features king bed with a walk-in closet, smart TV, fireplace, and it's own private ocean view patio. Two additional spacious bedrooms each have luxury queen size pillow top mattress with high end linens.

The upper level provides a comfortable space for everyday living. Bright open floor plan with superb ocean views, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room making this home ideal for entertaining. The den features a queen bed or futon allowing us to accommodate up to nine guests. Floor to celing windows and accordian Nano doors enhance the living space while creating a seemless indoor/outdoor vibe maximizing the ocean views. Live the life of ocean views while relaxing in the six person hot tub and be amused by the picturesque sunset views!

Other things to note -

During this time with Covid we want to assure you that we are putting extra care and attention into our cleaning routines, making our house the safest for your stay. We have always maintained a high level of cleanliness including extra attention to disinfecting all touch points throughout the house. Also all linens including throw blankets, decorative pillows, and bath mats are washed in hot water.

The main guest booking the reservation is responsible for keeping the house clean and taking care of the furniture & belongings inside. Our expectation is that the house is left to a level of cleanliness as it was at check-in. If the house isn't left reasonably clean extra cleaning fees will be charged to back to the guest at $100/hr min 2hrs. It is also their responsibility to ensure all guests are familiar with the house rules.



Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.

We are a STRICT non party house! The hot tub is not a party tub. We want to host guests that are low key and respectful. If you are looking to party or have a hot tub party then we are sadly not the right fit. Any party activities will reserve us the right to immediately terminate the stay.

The use of the hot tub is completely at your own risk. We do test the water regularly. Please take adequate safety precautions for yourself, family members, and friends when they are in the hot tub. We are not liable for any accidents in regards to the hot tub.

Our house is a thirty minute drive from Vancouver airport and forty minutes from downtown Vancouver. We are a five minute drive to Peace Arch Border for entering the US and two hour drive to Seattle!!!
