This newly renovated luxurious house is perfect for relaxing family staycations and vacations with unobstructed Ocean and Gulf Island views!! This three bedroom/bathroom house welcomes stunning views from both levels, and was purposely designed with your comfort in mind. This house is all about location and functionality!

The main level features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom boasts a Spa-like bathroom with double sinks, radiant floor heating, soaker jetted tub and a rain shower. It also features a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, smart TV, fireplace and its own private ocean view patio. There are also two additional spacious bedrooms on this floor each with luxury queen-size pillow top mattresses with high-end linens.

This well-appointed, cheerful home welcomes an abundance of natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows and an accordion Nano patio door which invites extraordinary views and a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience. The bright open floor plan invites breathtaking views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining room, making this home ideal for entertaining and a comfortable space for everyday living. We want to assure you we are putting extra care and attention into our cleaning routines, making our house the safest for your stay. We have always maintained a high level of cleanliness, including extra attention to disinfecting all touch points throughout the house. Also all linens, including throw blankets, decorative pillows, and bath mats are washed in hot water. Due to increased precautions and cleaning protocols check out is 10 am to allow for extra cleaning time.

Unfortunately we do not accept bookings anyone under the age of 30.

The main guest booking the reservation is responsible for keeping the home clean and taking care of the furniture & belongings inside. Our expectation is the house is left in a respectful manner. It is also their responsibility to ensure all guests are familiar with the house rules.

Please note there are exterior security cameras on the property.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.

We are a STRICT non party house! The hot tub is not a party tub! We want to host guests who are low-key and respectful of our house rules and neighbors. If you are looking to party or have a hot tub party, then sadly, we are not the right fit. Any inclination of party like activity will reserve us the right to immediately terminate your stay.

The use of the hot tub is completely at your own risk. We do test the water regularly. Please take adequate safety precautions for yourself, family members, and friends when they are in the hot tub. We are not liable for any accidents in regard to the hot tub.

Our house is a thirty minute drive from Vancouver airport and forty minutes from downtown Vancouver. We are a five minute drive to Peace Arch Border for entering the US and two hour drive to Seattle!!!
