Panorama Verde Poolside Jungle Oasis

Welcome to Panorama Verde Pool House!

This beautiful, newly built luxury vacation home is set on the edge of the Gandoca - Manzanillo National Wildlife Refuge near the Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica, located in Punta Uva. Set on top of a hill with partial views of the sea, the house is constructed amidst the trees to preserve the jungle that surrounds it. You get the sense of complete privacy and security. During the day, the house captures sea breezes from the north; at night it is cooled by the mountain breezes from the south.

Designed as a family and friend retreat residence, the villa comes fully equipped and can comfortably sleep up to 12 people. There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom / toilet and ceiling fans. The bedrooms are fully screened, keeping them mostly bug free at nighttime, but can be opened at any time.

The main bedroom has a king sized bed, with its own bathroom and terrace overlooking the beautiful garden and pool. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds with screened windows, and a half bathroom. The third bedroom has 3 sets of individual bunk beds, also with a terrace overlooking the pool!

The large kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you need to create your meals, with a nice long kitchen island in the middle with stools for one to socialize when cooking. There is a beautiful long dinning table, with enough space for all! A comfortable sitting area with full views to the pool, and a TV for those of you who enjoy relaxing on the inside ;) There is high speed internet available on site as well!

You will also enjoy the totally new infinity swimming pool, or you can sunbathe on the deck while the kids or your friends splash in and out! You can also prepare yourselves a delicious BBQ in the outdoor rancho dining area next to the pool.
