This 180 m² cottage, spread over two floors, features a large living room with a dining area, a lounge with a fireplace, and French doors opening onto the garden. It includes three bedrooms (plus an additional bedroom with a double bed), a mezzanine with a play/relaxation area and a sofa bed, and two bathrooms. The ground floor has underfloor heating, while the upstairs has electric heating. A wood-burning fireplace with complimentary firewood is provided. A cleaning fee of €5 is available for pets. Pets have their own enclosed private area where they can roam freely. Bed linen can be rented from the owner. The ground floor and bathroom are adapted for people with reduced mobility. There are indoor and outdoor games, a covered terrace with a griddle, and a carport. An indoor swimming pool is located in an adjoining but separate building (accessible from the outside). You will appreciate the peace and quiet, the comfort and spaciousness, the exposed stone walls, beams, and wooden floors. Heated indoor swimming pool (8x4m) shared with the owner, open year-round, and a private 200m² garden (lawn and terrace). Located 1km from the village center and its shops, this fully equipped cottage offers a comfortable rural setting without being isolated. From the cottage, you can easily explore the hiking trails and paths of the Pays d'Urfé region on foot, by bike, on horseback, or by any other means. In winter, enjoy the ski resorts in the nearby mountains. Outside, a play structure awaits children under 10, while a ping-pong table is available for adults. Its location allows you to easily explore (in less than an hour) the Forez region, the Auvergne region and its volcanoes, the Montagne Bourbonnaise, as well as the Roannais region with its vineyards and charming villages.
