Hi Roxanne! Thank you so much for staying with us. We are so glad that you found the flowers and note to be welcoming! It is our mission to provide an excellent guest experience at the very start of any guest's arrival. First of all, thank you for letting us know that the street address is incorrect for this listing. We've hosted dozens of other guests at this property (before and after your stay) and you were first to make note of this error! We have since gotten this updated. With the units numbered on the front, we hope that it did not take you an extended period of time to find your destination. This unit was recently professionally remodeled (and is currently the nicest Big Horn unit). When completely remodeling a home, no matter the level of expertise, occasionally door frames and doors can settle off-axis and no longer shut as well as when first installed. This is an easy fix, and we are looking into fixing it now. Had we been made aware of this issue during your stay, we surely could have had this fixed for you within the first day of your reservation and we apologize that wasn't the case! A previous guest had accidentally broken this lamp you are referring to. We ordered a new one as soon as we were made aware of it being broken, but it, unfortunately, hadn't arrived in time for your stay. Luckily, the new lamp arrives tomorrow and we will be installing it then! We hope that you still found all the other lighting in the main living area sufficient enough during your stay.
