The apartment was okay. Needs some renovations and updates but overall decent. The main highlight about it was the location. The location was perfect and a beautiful neighborhood. We walked from the house to everywhere we wanted to explore in Boise. If you aren’t going to be spending a lot of time in the house then this place was good for that considering the price for what you get.

Bike getaway.

Nice smaller apartment. Well furnished and convenient to Boise trail system. Several good restaurants within easy walking/driving distance.

Comfortable apartment in great location

Loved being able to walk to Hyde Park neighborhood shops and scooter to downtown. The apartment is older and if you are sensitive to the smell of old cigarette smoke I wouldn't recommend for you but it does provide adequate space and amenities in a great location.

This is our second stay at Red Ivy 5, we like the apt.We have huge issues with the area this time. The streets were completely torn up on Ressegui and 15th so there was no parking by the building. we had to park down the street. The water was turned off from 9A to 12 P one morning and was scheduled to be off again.Some remuneration for such inconvenience would not be unreasonable

Completely dishonest posting

The place smelled terrible (smoke), it did not have AC, & it was on a very corner with heavy traffic. The property manager never responded despite several attempts. The number was local but the answering service was in NYC. Immediately left after 15 min & had to figure something else out. Can not believe the jerks that do stuff like this.

Please look at our other reviews to see the truth about this property. There are two window AC units (one in the bedroom and one in the living room). This guest did not respond to calls, texts or emails and then fraudulently submitted a charge back. Super hard to resolve issue without any communication. When we are on the phone with another guest the phone does route to our answering service as a back up so the call does not accidentally get missed. We then will call right back which we did in this case and this guest did not pick up or reply to voicemessages or text messages.

This place is so cute!!! Clean, easy check-in, and walking distance to Hyde Park. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

If you don't mind hearing noise from nieghbors then book it! It is an older building so you will get that old smell. There is no AC. The AC unit installed in the window didn't work. We were only able to get the fan but no cool air. Also parking was not great. It is street parking only. With the collegte students renting and having friends over, parking was very limited. And the garbage cans took a few parking spaces as well. I would not book again.
