Great location within a very short walk of all major lifts on Lac. Well equipped apartment and great value. Easy to communicate with the host.

Der Abfluss der Dusche stinkt. Da hilft auch kein Raumspray. Wir haben eine nasse Klarsichtfolie darübergelegt und noch ein Handtuch. So haben wir den Geruch in den Griff bekommen, wenn man die Dusche nicht gerade benutzt. Die Vorgänge sind verschlissen und die Fenster undicht. Küchenausstattung adäquat, aber man sollte wirklich alles mitnehmen z.B. Spüllappen, Brotmesser bzw. scharfes Messer. Bettwäsche ist da, Handtücher nicht. Fragen vorher an die Vermieterin zu stellen, ist sinnlos. Check in klappt aber wunderbar, Lage und Aussicht sind super. Parkhaus nebenan. Die Schlafcouch ist sehr bequem, das Doppelbett als Hochbett konzipiert und über einen Schemel zu erreichen. Insgesamt für zwei Personen okay, als Familie für uns persönlich undenkbar.

Entsprach leider nicht den Erwartungen...

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin gestaltete sich sehr schwierig. Auf mehrmalige Fragen in Bezug auf eventuell vorhandene Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurde überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Der Check-In-Vorgang wurde erst unmittelbar am Tag der Anreise mitgeteilt. Mehrfache Anfragen vorher wurden nicht beantwortet. Ich hatte Angst, vor Ort vor verschlossenen Türen zu stehen bei einer Anreise von 1000 km - sehr ärgerlich... Die Abflüsse im Badezimmer rochen sehr unangenehm, so wie der Treppenraum im ganzen Haus. Anscheinend ist hier kein Siphon verbaut. Der Gestank war nahezu ekelhaft und kaum zu ertragen. Zudem fehlt es in der Wohnung an Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung, insbesondere für nasse Skibekleidung. Leider ist im Abstellraum im Erdgeschoss kein Skischuhtrockner vorhanden, so dass man jeden Tag in feuchte/klamme Skischuhe einsteigen muss - sehr unangenehm. Der Abstellschrank ist für 2 Skier und 2 Paar Skischuhe zu eng. Einzig die zentrale Lager nur ca. 200 Meter von den Litftanlagen ist positiv hervorzuheben.

Appartement très propre et très bien placé au pied des pistes et en plein centre, tout est faisable sans voiture.. Seule remarque, pas de séchoir pour étendre les affaires après les journées de ski. Mais juste un détail. Merci à Cathy la propriétaire.

Great cosy stay

Loved this apartment it had an amazing location and was perfect for what we needed. There were no towels so make sure to bring some of your own.

Great Location!

This apartment was very centrally located and was cozy for two! Catherine was very responsive when needed and it was a great stay in Tignes!

Très bon séjour

Appartement conforme à la description. Très bien situé au pieds des pistes et commerces. Une arrivée autonome avec boite à clé et une possibilité de louer le dimanche: un vrai plus. Très bon contact avec Cathy. Je recommande sans problème. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Logement parfait

Le logement est situé en bas des pistes, très lumineux et à proximité de tous les commerces. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Tout est très très propre, aussi bien le logement que les parties communes.. Endroit très calme, bien isolé. Très chouette accueil de la propriétaire, toujours disponible et à l'écoute si besoin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de ce superbe appartement!!!

Excellent apartment

Lovely apartment in a superb location. Myself and my husband stayed in this apartment over Feb half term. The apartment was clean, warm and has a powerful hot shower as well as fantastic views from the balcony. Communication with the owner was good and and check in was easy. We cooked in the kitchen on a number of nights and there was everything we needed. Very very easy access to all the ski lifts out of Tignes le lac. We would be very happy to stay in this apartment again.

Très joli appartement refait. Terrasse bien exposée très agréable, avec vue sur les pistes. Alors oui il manque 2/3 ustensiles de cuisine mais pour quelques jours on s’en sort!

Lovely sunny apartment, beautiful view, great location for skiing

Great place to stay. Shop, bars and ski services close by. Balcony a good place to relax and enjoy the view in the sunshine. Very easy access to slopes. We stayed as a family and the space worked well. Sometimes took a while for our queries to be answered, but response always helpful when it arrived. We would stay here again.

notre séjour à Tignes

le lieu est agréable et bien situé, à proximité des pistes. la propriétaire est charmante et à l'écoute. Il manque seulement d'espaces de rangement et de tasses et verres. La porte d'entrée n'est pas aisée à ouvrir. appréciation moyen plus. il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour que cela soit très bien!

Perfect place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here, it is in a prime location with shops, restaurants and bars downstairs. The property was very clean, everything you could need for a week of skiing or a break away in the mountains.

Great location, sub-par amenities

The location of the apartment was terrific. Close to numerous restaurants and ski lifts and central to Tignes le Lac. The pictures in the listing are what you get, but there is very little more. Numerous little things could make this listing 5 stars easily, and I would be happy to pay more. Be prepared to supply your own towels, soaps, bedding, and even trash bags.

Bel appartement pour 4 personnes au coeur de la station de Tignes. Idéal pour des skieurs... Tout a été refait à neuf et le balcon est un plus.
