Disappointed

My suggestion would be to get your water pressure fixed and get some updated linens as some of these look disgusting. I also recommend you check in on your cleaning people because it was not clean! Also never found the Murphy bed so it didn't sleep what it says it would.

Disgusting

Upon arriving I wasn’t too impressed. The floors were dirty. It was obvious they hadn’t been swept and mopped. The counter tops were sticky. There was dishes still in the dishwasher. There was a roach in one of the bedrooms. It looked as if the pillowcases hadn’t been washed. There’s a keurig located in the picture. However, only a reg coffee pot. I contacted the host. She said yes pillowcases had been washed. The keurig had been stolen and reg coffee pot was in the description. I guess my fault on that. All of the beds were uncomfortable. The sheets were old and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Both bathrooms have mold. A roach ran across the living room the second night we were there. As we left on the last day we stripped the sheets off the bed as instructed. All of the beds and pillows are ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! There were what looked like pee stains on all of the beds and pillows. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! I have contacted VRBO.

Good place

It was a good place to stay in quiet neighborhood. Could be better if we didn't have any internet issues during the later half of the week.

Great Family Stay!

We had a great vacation! My wife and I took our 2 kids and my mother-in-law and we have absolutely no complaints. The house is in a quiet neighborhood between the island beaches and the city attractions. The property manager was great and responsive. 100% recommend

Good Times

The house is spacious with a little fenced yard that was perfect for the children and adults to gather. I gave a three for cleanliness because there was a dirty tissue in the couch and the floors may have been swept but lacked mopping., and the garbage cans outside were almost full when we arrived. There are a few quirks regarding the furniture but mostly comfortable and cozy. Access to stores and the beaches was easy. Nice neighbors. Awesome neighborhood. Would stay there again.

Quiet and Geat Location

Our first Vrbo in a neighborhood, but was impressed with how quiet it was! House was clean and suited all our needs. And was within 20 minutes of all activities we wanted to do! Totally recommend 😊

Beautiful house

The pictures don't do this house justice. The beds were so comfortable nice hot showers 😄. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. Thank you Vijay we loved your home. My out of town guests were impressed. Quiet neighbors except for the graduation party Saturday night 😂. Overall I give this property 5 stars ⭐️

Great House

This house was perfect for our weekend. Unfortunately, we were out and about so much, we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we could have. I can’t say anything negative. It was exactly what we were looking for. The house is very spacious and super clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay in Corpus Christi!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this house! Close to restaurants and shopping and activities. We had two teenagers with us and they enjoyed having their side of the house. We cooked a few nights and watched movies, very comfortable living space. Close to the beaches and downtown. House was clean and beds were comfortable, would definitely stay again!

Birthday getaway

My family decided to take a last minute trip to Corpus Christi and this house was up for grabs, so we jumped on it. Plenty of space for everyone and the house was very clean.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Booked this rental based off the pictures and descriptions. Even prior reviews said the house was VERY clean. All lies. House was filthy dirty, dead roaches, flies and spiders everywhere. Mouse poop under the beds. Linens were used. House had hardly any cooking utensils or cookware. No paper towels, no toilet paper, one small trash bag for our entire stay. Trash cans were full of trash and the house had a terrible smell. Contacted the owner and alerted him to the issues. He did nothing. Offered nothing and simply stopped communicating even after photos were sent showing the disgusting condition of the home. It’s not luxury, it’s filthy!

Best experience in Corpus!

Location of house was perfect, communication with owner was stellar, house was the cleanest I have ever stayed in, spacious home with all the amenities one could require. Drive time to Bayfront and beach was less than 10 minutes to both destinations. Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks all around and quick access to HEB, restaurants, gas station, etc. This is the only place I would stay while in Corpus Christi.

Home away from home :)

This rental was amazing! It was very clean, plenty of sleeping for my large family, everyone from small kids to teenagers and adults loved it! Great accommodations, very clean property, very well stocked, great entertainment on site, car charger was great! One of the nicer rentals we’ve stayed in, very modern and beautiful house! Property manager was very responsive and professional.

Great place for in town visit

Great setup in a nice, quiet neighborhood. If you have 8 or so folks and don't need to be on the beach, check it out!

Comfy stay in a lovely neighborhood

We had a comfy stay in this large and updated home. There was plenty of off the road parking. Also it was well stocked with things you needed.
