Friendly home with pool Unwind with the whole family at my serene retreat. Located in a quiet and charming neighborhood, it’s just a 2-minute walk to HEB grocery store and a short drive to shopping malls. You’ll be 15 minutes from popular beaches, 2.3 miles from Alamo Drafthouse, and only 15 minutes from downtown Corpus Christi! This recently remodeled home features a spacious pool perfect for relaxation and entertaining.

The house is very spacious. Pool was great for our family. Property manager was available for our questions. Great location.

The house was perfect and in the perfect spot for many food options and things to do. It was the perfect amount of space for everyone. The only issues we had were the thermostat was set at 80 and no way to change it and it made the house extremely hot, and there was cockroaches located in the kitchen drawers and in the cabinets.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re thrilled to hear you loved the house’s location and space. We’re very sorry about the thermostat issue, The thermostat had to be lowered to how many degrees you want and locked to stay at the desired degrees, they are controlled by the electric company to save energy but they are not allowed to set it to 80 degrees, I'm sorry, I disconnected it from the internet so it can no longer be controlled by them and the presence of cockroaches—that’s not the experience we want for you. Our team will immediately arrange for a thorough pest control treatment to resolve the issue. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

Very clean and well maintained

We enjoyed a short stay at this home. It was too cold for the pool though it would be a great pastime if the weather was warmer. All the rooms are updated and the beds were comfortable. Our youngest loved the upstairs bunk bed. Groceries and restaurants are available in abundance.The neighborhood is a little past its prime but it still felt very safe and the location was a good base. I would stay here again if I was in the area.
