Cozy, private, welcoming house away from crowds

This beautiful house was a private, comfortable space with a large deck that we loved for relaxation after a day of adventure in Sedona. The house felt more like home than a rental property. John was a wonderfully kind and thoughtful host, who went out of his way to make the driveway/entrance more accessible for our 89-year-old mom who uses a walker. We were really bummed that we didn’t get to meet John, due to extenuating circumstances. Thank you for a lovely stay in your home!

Great place to stay in Sedona

House was great for our multi-generational group to stay in. We enjoyed the proximity to hiking and Sedona, the hot tub and the fire pit. Great communication from the host when I reached out with questions. We’d definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area!

Just as advertised

A great place to stay and allow our family with two college age sons to spread out and get a couple good nights sleep after active days. Enjoyed looking up at the stars from the hot tub.Quiet area,but easy to find. Good location, could get out to Bell Tower loop and Yavapai Vista in just a few minutes.

Perfect Sedona Oasis

This house was perfect for our family of 5 (twin 8yr olds and 5yr old) at the end of our 10 day AZ road trip. After a mix of staying with family and hotels, we spent 3 nights and wish we stayed longer. The pictures accurately describe the house, but it’s even better in person!!The backyard overlooks the mountains and it feels like a retreat away from the busyness of Sedona. Our kids never asked to turn on the TV once. When we weren’t out taking advantage of the local scenery and walks, they were in the backyard playing ring toss or darts, hanging in the hammock or hot tub, or running around the grounds. Oak Creek Village has everything you need within a 5 min drive. We grilled out back every night. Unlike other rentals, the grill worked well and had all the necessary tools. John, the host, was super responsive during the booking process and during our stay. We welcomed him stopping by and catching up for a short while. Super friendly and personable guy!All in all a perfect stay. We plan to come back in the future with some other couple friends!

Beautiful home

Our stay was great! John is very nice and very easy to talk too. The home is a beautiful, big and has everything you need for a nice getaway. I would recommend choosing this home for your stay.

Mountain bike getaway

This is a wonderful property. It is furnished and appointed more like a home than a rental property. The host was very cordial and helpful. Wonderful location. Will definitely stay here again .

Holiday Retreat

Amazing getaway. John is an incredible host. You can see the love and care he puts into the home with all the wonderful creative details. Home is meticulous inside an out. A fabulous sunset from the hot tub. Fire-pit was a great way to kick off the new year. It's the perfect location away from the Sedona congestion, yet conveniently located to great hiking. John has great outdoor and indoor games to keep you entertained.

Homies

This property was awesome. The amenities were wonderful. We especially loved the long beer pong kitchen table (lol), the steam shower, and the hot tub. Our only regret was that we were not able to use the fire pit due to the wind but that wasn't the host's fault obviously. Everything was as advertised and the host, John could not have been more welcoming and gracious. This a property is a must stay!

Oak Creek/SedonaBike Trip

The house was great. Couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay. The hot tub and porch were a great way to unwind after hours of mountain biking. Super friendly and attentive owner.

Perfect all around

Property and location were just what we wanted (and exactly as described in the listing), and everything else about the experience (and host John) exceeded expectations. John is extremely thoughtful about the info and resources that guests might need to get the most out of their visit to the Sedona area. I'd give a 10 star rating if I could!

Stay here! You won't regret it!

We absolutely loved our stay in Sedona (Village of Oak Creek) and it is because this property is so incredible!!! It was so easy to get in and out of. Had everything we needed and more! The views are incredible! The hot tub was much needed after our long hikes! My kids (12 & 14) LOVED exploring!!! Everything was very clean and John was super accommodating! You won't be disappointed by staying here!

Wonderful Stay

The property was as pictured and very clean. Perfect for our getaway. Easy drive into town and picturesque views. Steam shower and hot tub were a nice bonus. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location for a family get-away!

We felt the location was perfect and within 30 minutes or less of everywhere we wanted to hike/fish/explore. The house is cozy with lots of things to do if you decide to stay in. Clean hot tub, darts, fire pit and a beautiful view off of the deck to sit and have coffee or a cocktail. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating with quick communication. We'd love to come back again!

Beautiful Property and Great Host

The property was beautiful. It was so nice to wake up each morning and have coffee on the patio looking out at the Red Rocks. The place is just like it looks like in the pictures. John is an incredible host. Extremely caring and responsive anytime we talked to him. We loved our stay and will definitely come back.

Perfectly tucked away

This place is perfectly talked away while still being close to everything you want to do. The outdoor space is fun and very inviting. The house itself is adorable. We enjoyed it a lot.

Sedona Charmer

Located in the Village of Oak Creek a few miles east of Sedona’s city center, this home was fabulous for our family. The pictures are accurate, showing off the deck that has plenty of comfortable seating, stellar views in the day and lovely ambiance lighting at night. I wasn’t sure the seating at the dining room table would be comfortable, but it was! The kitchen is nicely equipped and has plenty of counter space for cooking. One of the bathrooms has a fabulous spacious steam shower and there was plenty of hot water even when we once had three back to back showers. The living room seating might not be great for snuggling up to a movie, but it was great for a sitting area. The upstairs was a bit warm at the end of the 90-degree days, but Sedona cools off nicely at night and open windows and a fan cooled the rooms for sleeping. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Great experience

We had a wonderful stay. The house was super comfortable, clean and very cute. The views were spectacular and very close to town. John is a wonderful and attentive owner. We had a great time!

This property is 1.4 acres and in a quiet neighborhood. Its close to trails, shopping, and eateries without the noise. The neighbors are social and kind while still providing privacy. The property has great views of the mountains! You are able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset in peace while the world is busy around you. There is multiple trees on the property to provide lots of shade.
