Welcome to this charming 120 m² villa, perfect for family or friend getaways. With 3 bedrooms and accommodating up to 8 guests, you will find all the comfort needed for an unforgettable stay.

- Enclosed garden with outdoor furniture
- Close to local attractions and nature.
Exterior :
Enjoy a lovely sunny terrace and a spacious garden surrounding the villa, ideal for relaxation. The private pool, available from early April to late October, awaits you for refreshing afternoons. A barbecue and sun loungers complement this outdoor space, perfect for your alfresco dining and enjoying the mild climate of the region.
Living areas :
Indoors, the villa is equipped with all modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a cozy living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV. The open space promotes social gatherings and relaxation, secured with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers on each floor.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms :
- 1st bedroom: 2 single beds, 1 double bed
- 2nd bedroom: 1 double bed
- 3rd bedroom: 1 double bed with en-suite bathroom
- Bathroom: separate with shower and toilet
- Includes 1 baby cot.
Nearby attractions:
Arsac will charm you with its beautiful landscapes and various activities. Enjoy hiking in the surrounding vineyards or visit nearby castles and wine estates. Bordeaux, with its shops, restaurants, and cultural sites, is a short drive away. The beaches of the Atlantic coast are also accessible for a relaxing day by the sea.
Access :
The villa is accessible by car, just 30 minutes from Bordeaux. The nearest main train station can be reached in 15 minutes, making travel to other attractions in the area easy. Bordeaux Airport is about 45 minutes away by car, providing convenient access to this beautiful region of France.
