5 stars! We had the best time on our 5 day vacation! Nine adults and one baby were very comfortable. It was very clean and well appointed. Great location! Easy check-in and out… We didn’t have to do anything when we left which was so nice!
A few suggestions:
If the cabin advertises that it can accommodate 12 people, although with five queen beds and a futon I would say it can reasonably sleep 11, there should be seating for dining and in the living room for that many. There are currently only six kitchen chairs, even though there is a large square kitchen table that with the leaf could accommodate eight, with room for two more at the island. There’s also only one sofa and one loveseat, which means there is only seating for five in the living room. There is room to add a big sectional sofa which is what the living room needs so you don’t need to take kitchen chairs into the living room or bring your own camp chairs to have enough seating. There is a large trashcan just outside the front door on the deck which is emptied daily which is wonderful. However the kitchen only has a tiny trashcan. A large kitchen trashcan at the end of the island would be much more convenient for a group our size or larger if the cabin was at capacity.
Activities: float Big Springs on a raft rented from Mack’s Inn, attend the local Yellowstone Playhouse dinner theater which is an ABSOLUTE A+ AND MUST DO, kayak Box Canyon, & attend the local rodeo.
We will absolutely be back!!
