Renovated house on 2 levels with living room, new fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, swimming pool 4,7x3,5m, small garden and barbecue.
Located in the centre of Andalusia at an altitude of 650m, in the small hamlet of Pulgarin Bajo, close to the villages of Alfarnatejo and Alfarnate, this house offers a magnificent view of "los Pirineos del Sur". Most of the year you will enjoy its private swimming pool.
La Malagueña is the perfect solution for family holidays or with friends. Thanks to its heating, it can accommodate you in all seasons. It offers you on two levels its privacy and tranquility in this enchanting setting. Its kitchen opens directly onto a large and pleasant covered terrace. The first floor bedroom also has a terrace with breathtaking views.
For those who love historical places, towns, villages, you will find in the immediate surroundings: Archidona, Antequera, Malaga. Other possible getaways: Granada, Sierra Nevada, Ronda, Cordoba, Jaen, Seville, Cadiz, by good roads/highways.
For lovers of walks and hikes, the trail of the GR 249 passes in front of the door, and there are many other routes in the region. You can hike directly from the house, and relax on your way back to the pool.
Climbers will also have climbing cliffs, the nearest one less than 10 km away in Alfarnate. The world-famous site of El Chorro is 65km away.
Riders will find horse riding centres in the area.
Beach enthusiasts will find the sea at 40 km, or 40 minutes to Torre del Mar. Here you will find the choice between the sandy beaches of Torre del Mar and those, rocky, wilder and more suitable for diving, East of La Caleta de Velez.
In the immediate vicinity, yoga seminars are regularly organized.
The moments spent in this paradise will leave you unforgettable memories.
If you wish to visit the Alhambra of Granada and/or make the Caminito del Rey, we recommend that you make a reservation very early.
Rental rates during the winter season do not include electricity.
The cost will be calculated according to the use (reading of the electricity meter at the beginning and end of the stay) and will be deducted from the deposit.
