Anti-covid-19 hygiene protocol: careful cleaning and disinfection between each rental.
The cleanliness of the house is of utmost importance and everything is meticulously cleaned before arrival.

I live nearby, I welcome you personally and I am at your disposal if needed during your stay.

Put down your suitcases and enjoy your vacations!

One of the (many 😊) assets of the house is its location at 200 meters from the main beach of Plougasnou: the large beach of Primel-Tregastel which is supervised in summer (beach labeled Blue Flag).

The house has been completely renovated in 2019.
All the equipment is carefully checked before arrival and the Wifi is quality.
My house is classified 3* (Office du Tourisme du Finistère - November 2019).
The garden is large and flowery and if the weather permits, you can have lunch and dinner outside and have barbecues.

The house is designed to accommodate 7 people including 5 adults maximum.

I accept animals (well behaved and supervised) with pleasure: only 1 animal per stay. The garden is enclosed but if your dog is both very smart and very small, you still need to be careful. 😊

I provide linens at no extra charge (bed linens, towels, dish towels). Beds are made upon arrival. I can also provide an extra bed and a high chair for a baby at no charge. You just have to inform me the day before your arrival.

It is possible to park your car in the property (closed gate) and in the garage.

Cleaning products are available in the house but if you wish, I propose a service for the cleaning at the end of the stay at 80 euros (to be paid on the spot).

On arrival, I ask for a 700 euro deposit check which is returned at the end of the stay if everything is fine. If you do not have a checkbook, a transfer or cash are possible.

Autumn and winter: the house has a gas central heating system and a wood burning stove (wood available), the windows are new, so the house is very comfortable also during this cold period.

Note to smokers: please do not smoke in the house including the veranda.

Wonderful holidays

We have spent two wonderful weeks in Plougasnou and appreciated the immediate proximity of the house to the beach and its wonderful garden. It was a pleasure to sit in the glassed-in terrace when it was getting colder outside. We enjoyed lots of geocaching tours, visting castles, botanical gardens, a boat trip to Ile de Batz, aquarium in Trégastel, a rural museum, city tours and of course the excellent food. Many thanks to the landlady and landlord for the friendly welcome, the wonderful bright and modern furnished and well equipped house. We have enjoyed our stay here very much!

Wir haben eine herrliche Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man nur brauchen könnte. der Garten ist recht groß und war toll für unseren Hund. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Nathalie war sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen (Nachricht auf dem TV in französischer Sprache ). Unser Resume: wir kommen sicher noch einmal wieder.

Nathalie s’est montrée extrêmement sympathique et disponible pour nous accueillir et nous donner des conseils pour notre séjour. La maison était fidèle à l’annonce et la proximité avec la plage était le plus gros atout de la maison. A recommander très vivement !

Wunderschönes Haus in hervorragender Lage

Wir sind von der Hauseigentümerin, Nathalie, sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Das Haus ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und äußerst ruhig gelegen. Zum Strand von Plougasnou sind es zu Fuß max. nur 2 Minuten. Wir haben (zusammen mit unserem Hund) den Aufenthalt als sehr angenehm empfunden und werden wieder kommen.

Tolles Haus in Strandnähe

Das Haus war sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Es ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem super nah am besten Strand von Plougasnou. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war auf Englisch problemlos möglich. Sehr freundlich. Kommen gern wieder.

Sehr schönes, familienfreundliches Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus. Es ist gut gelegen, man ist in kürzester Zeit (2 min zu Fuß) an einem schönen Strand. Im Ort Primel-Tregastel selber gibt es eine Creperie und einige Restaurants. Die Spazierwege entlang der Küste sind großartig. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind gemütlich und die Bäder geräumig und sauber. Überhaupt war das Haus beim Check in äußerst sauber. Der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt, von der schönen Veranda hat man einen Blick auf blühende Rosen und Hortensien. Nathalie ist eine sehr nette und erfahrene Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes war sehr freundlich. Check in und Check out liefen perfekt. Während unseres Urlaubs haben wir einige gute Tipps von Nathalie für Restaurants etc. in der Umgebung erhalten. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt für Aufenthalte in der Bretagne empfehlen.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus

Wir (älteres Paar mit Hund) fanden das Haus genau so wie auf den Fotos sichtbar und wie beschrieben vor. Alles ist tiptop sauber und die Küche sehr gut sortiert. Da wir insgesamt fünf Wochen in diesem wunderbaren Haus mit Garten und Strandnähe zu Gast sein durften, war es Erholung pur. Bei diesem langen Aufenthalt aber macht sich persönliches Empfinden bemerkbar, dass wir auf einem harten Foutonbett nur bedingt gut schliefen sowie auf Holzstühlen, Holzbank und Wohnzimmersitzgelegenheit nicht wirklich bequem sitzen konnten - ist wohl altersbedingt und wegen der Dauer anzumerken. Nur deswegen ein Stern weniger in der Gesamtbewertung, sonst wäre die Bewertung nicht wirklich hilfreich. Es ist trotzdem ein tolles Fereinhaus!

Very surprising feedback. I have had many nice reviews and never any complaints about the furniture. When you left you said that you would like to come back… That is really strange and unfair to write here such a comment regarding the furniture and one bed. You spent 5 weeks at my house and I asked several times if everything was ok. You were always positive about the house, never mentioned any issues ! Only one double bed is a futon. The other one is not a futon. There are cushions also on the chairs. Anyway, if properly informed I could have provided you with other chairs and armchairs and additional cushions and mattress. This is really important to give feedback when asked so we can fix the issues, not after the stay. I am always available and cautious about the well-being of the people I welcome.

Très bon séjour dans une bien belle maison !

La maison est aussi belle que sur les photos. Facile à entretenir grâce à sa grande véranda. La table et les chaises longues dans le jardin nous ont permis d'agréables moments, repas au soleil, lecture tranquille ! Le quartier est très calme. Rien ne trouble les nuits. Et enfin la plage est tout près, très familiale, le GR 34, les promenades dans les rochers ... La maison est parfaite et le quartier de Primel très agréable.

Sehr schönes, gut eingerichtetes Haus, in der Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr schöne Veranda, die man auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut nutzen kann. Grosser umzäunter Garten, auch für unseren Hund ideal. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Besten Dank an Nathalie!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Nathalie attache beaucoup de soin à la bonne tenue de la maison qui est dans un état impeccable et très agréable. La proximité de la mer et le calme sont un autre point très positif. Wunderschön und perfekt für den Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Nathalies Haus! Wir waren mit unseren Mädels (3 Jahre und 9 Monate) und unserem Hund in Plougasnou und absolut begeistert. Im Garten lässt es sich spielen und grillen, wir waren jeden Tag am Strand, der zu Fuß in einer Minute erreichbar ist, im Haus waren Spiele, Puzzle und Ausmalbücher vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist modern und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Nathalie hatte einen Babystuhl für uns und insgesamt ist das Haus sehr Kleinkindsicher (mit Ausnahme der Treppe, aber die Tür zum Flur kann man ja einfach schließen). Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!

Wunderbares Haus in der Bretagne

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in Natalies Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt: in 1 min am herrlichen Strand aber am Ende einer Sackgasse sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Garten ist groß, rundum umzäunt (perfekt für unseren Hund) und von Natalie liebevoll bepflanzt und gepflegt. Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Wunderbar ist der große Wintergarten, der auch bei Regen oder kühler Witterung das Gefühl gibt, draußen zu sitzen. Alles in allem der perfekt Urlaub. Danke Natalie!

wunderschönes Haus

Vom herzlichen Willkommen bis zur unkomplizierten (leider verfrühten) Abreise war alles perfekt. Wir haben die Tage genossen, weil auch in Haus und Garten alles da war, was man als Familie gerne hätte. Die Lage an einem traumhaften Stand, nur 100 Meter entfernt, und das großartige Wetter haben dazu beigetragen, dass dies einer unserer schönsten Urlaube war. In jeder Hinsicht nur zu empfehlen. Danke Nathalie für Ihre Herzlichkeit und 11 wunderschöne Tage.

Accueil chaleureux, maison très propre. Idéalement située , loin des la foule, tout en restant proche des commodités. Nathalie, adorable et disponible, nous a donnés de bons conseils pour rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. La mer est à 100m, la maison est très confortable. Encore merci pour tout. Je recommande sincèrement cette location.

Très agréable maison particulièrement propre et complète !

Très jolie maison, particulièrement propre, complète et agréable à vivre, avec un beau grand jardin clôturé. La proximité de la plage est un atout non négligeable ! Nous avons été accueillies de façon très sympathique, et le contact avec la propriétaire est excellent. Nous avons passé une très chouette semaine à découvrir cette belle région via des randonnées sur les sentiers côtiers. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander cet endroit, cette villa et sa propriétaire ! Merci pour tout !

A great house in a great area!

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It is very nicely embedded in the small town and it is only a few meters to the beach. It is furnished with everything you need for a great family vacation. It was very clean and our hostess Nathalie was very friendly, polite and always available. It was a very nice vacation there and we would definitely recommend the house to others.
