- an equipped kitchen (large fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, senseo)
- living room, dining room with a convertible sofa bed (2 pers) flat screen television with wii and its games, storage space, compulsory cleaning €55 to be paid on arrival. Rental contract with delivery of keys and inventory.
