Hummingbird Management: Great - cabin owner: lousy

Hummingbird was wonderful. There was a major problem (heater did not work) with the property we reserved and the maintenance staff checked it immediately, determined it could not be fixed quickly, and the reservation staff arranged another (nicer) location in town for us within 30 minutes. Highly recommend Hummingbird management but wouldn't recommend the cabin until the owner gets their act together.

Great stay, could use some dusting

This was a great property, beautiful location. The cabin is cozy, nicely decorated, fireplace was nice but it was pretty cold in the bedroom with the heater on, however It was tollerable with an extra blanket. Kitchen was well stocked, living room was comfortable, the deck was nice and hot tub was very nice to relax. The bed is a bit hard but not terrible. There was a tampon in the yard to the right of the hot tub, the ceilings are very high so its understandable to have some dust but the cabin appeared to have been locked up for quite some time as a decent amount of dust had built up and wadded up towels under the bed. The dryer was unavailable for use so we just hung our bathing suits to dry no issue. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely Perfect!

There’s so much to say!! Although it’s in a residential area, you still have the privacy needed. You walk in and the place is so bright inside. It’s very cozy and has two master bedrooms. The hot ton is amazing and has curtains to low for more privacy. I come to Ruidoso every year and have stayed at many places. This is definitely a favorite of mine! Forgot to mention the cleanliness is top notch. Definitely the cleanest out of other places I’ve stayed.
