Tried reaching out to host/management service several times morning of arrival with no response. Had questions regarding parking and access code. NO RESPONSE. Called VRBO hoping they could assist and kept being told since it was through the 3rd party management company they couldn’t do anything. Finally got a hold of someone who said a person would be back at unit to let us in after F1 race. Gave us a new number to call when we arrived. The number kept going to hold with music. We ended up having to leave Montreal and drive back to VT to find lodging. Out of nowhere a text with the access code was sent to me at 12:33 AM the night of our reservation. Absolute disaster and now trying to get our money back.
