1. Check-In/Check-Out
⏰ Stick to Check-in/Out Times – Need flexibility? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note that a $100 fee will still apply for late check-outs, even with prior notice. We appreciate your understanding!

2.Luggage Drop-Off:
Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.

3. No Smoking Indoors 🚭
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.

4. Pet Policy 🐾
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.

5. Quiet Hours 🤫
Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.

6. No Parties or Events 🎉❌
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

7. Security & Valuables 🔒
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

8. Use of Appliances & Amenities ⚙️
Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them!

9. Climate Control 🌡️
Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use.

10. Cleanliness 🧹
Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.

11. Respect for Property 🏡
Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.

My family of four had a great visit to Montreal! The apartment was compact but easily accommodated our group, and was clean and had all the basics. The neighborhood was walkable, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Comfortable, but if you’re sensitive to noise I’d recommend staying elsewhere as the nearby streets were quite noisy at times.

Great location and was a comfortable stay! Host was very responsive and aptly handled any challenges we had. Beds were comfy and spacious 7 of us were able to stay with no major problems. The only annoying thing was the AC unit that was pretty loud with a buzzing noise at all fan levels, but is easily tuned out when talking or watching a movie.

4 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and decent common area. Appears recently renovated and well-furnished. Host was very communicative! Only challenge was that we stayed in a basement-level unit and a couple of our windows faced a relatively busy street, so it did get a bit noisy at times and smells from outside would occasionally make their way into the unit. Otherwise, great property in a very convenient and central location!!

House was clean. Having 4 bedrooms was very helpful for our family. The place is close to lots of great restaurants and stores. Owner responded quickly to all our questions. Very satisfied.

Extended weekend stay

Had a great stay! Sam was very attentive and available. Apartment is easy to locate and central to everything we were doing. Great location. Street parking was available- we never walked more than a block away to park which was very nice! Public transport was also very close and easy to walk to if we didn’t want to drive! Had a great stay and would stay again in the future

Apartment is nice enough. Couch really needs to be replaced as it is the only place and it's falling apart.Neighbors were very noisy. Adding some fans in the bedroom to add white noise would be helpful.

Great Communication, Location & Space

We were in Montreal for one night for a concert. We were 2 adults and 5 teenage boys and there was lots of space and beds for everyone. Sam was great at communicating so there were no surprises. Lots of restaurants in the area for food choices. Parking is the only issue we had, large vehicles are not ideal for the area, but Sam provided lots of information in advance for parking. Would definitely recommend.

The pros: the location was excellent. Very central, close to the metro. Contact with the host was effortless, helpful and responsive .The not so pros: the unit needs a lot of work. The water pressure made the shower almost unusable, stoves missing knobs, extremely loud ac unit. The provided sheets were stained.

Location was great. Host was easy to communicate with. Parking recommendations were nice to have and washer and dryer on site was very helpful. However, when asked to keep the place clean, it becomes very difficult to do so with no supplies in the unit. Personally had to purchase cleaning supplies, cloths and broom to tidy up on a daily basis. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit was not apparent. Splatter marks all over the cupboards, the bathroom floors and shower were not clean as they seemed very stained or dirty. There were dead insects on the window sills, as well as a hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms. Aside from the cleanliness, the experience was not all bad.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The host, Sam, was consistently attentive and responsive throughout our entire visit. The apartment's location proved to be perfectly situated for our needs - everything we wanted to do was centrally located and easily accessible.

Located in a very convenient area, but unfortunately was a bit loud in the apartment due to noise from outdoors and noise from the neighbouring units. Host was very responsive and was able to facilitate delivery of missing supplies from the unit very easily. Free laundry and 4 bedrooms were huge perks!
