Nice short getaway

The condo unit was lovely. The one issue at present is the renovation construction going on at the property. This was revealed to us only after booking. But because we stayed on a weekend vs. weekday, (contractor does not work on weekend), we had minimal impact other than some areas not being accessible. But alternate routes were no real issue.

Family trip in March 24'

I thought the condo was very clean, well equipped, and i appreciated that there was coffee already there so i could postpone my dreades trip to the grocery store. I loved the easy access to the trash and pool. I would recommend staying here and had no negative experience here. Condo staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great Getaway!

The property is beautiful with wonderful views. It had everything we needed and was perfectly situated between Port A and Padre Island. We appreciated being offered fresh towels and necessities every morning.

Great Condo

Great space, a little far from town and the restaurants but during COVID that’s probably a good thing. Amenities of the pool and hot tub right near the unit was a great bonus.

Perfect beach sand

Great beach for families from infants to teens. Free shade tents put up for you (limited quantities). Had a great time!

Convenient beach access and great views

This is a cute little condo with great views and easy beach access. (And access to a beach that was not crowded) The front patio leads down to a lower patio that has a gate you can exit to walk out to the beach without going through the lobby - something that we used often so we didn’t have to cross paths with anyone else in the lobby. The beds are comfy. Note that the floor to ceiling bedroom windows face the main outdoor walkway…so keep the blinds closed unless you want people getting a full view of everything in your bedrooms! The front desk was very nice and helpful in providing extra towels, soap etc. The main issue we had was checking in. The cleaning crew was backed up for the day and our room wasn’t ready at 4pm as promised. Fortunately we found somewhere to eat dinner and came back to find the room ready around 6pm. All in all this was a cute, low key place to stay with kids if you want easy beach access.

A fun time for all

The condo is steps away from the pool and beach. Also, the condo provided canopies and lounge chairs at the beach which was very helpful. Our grandkids had a fun time and we will definitely consider returning to this condo. It is clean inside and nicely furnished. The only downside I can say is that the garbage disposal did not work and the lower patio needed a little cleaning. Very minor issues.

Amazing views, beautiful place

All documents necessary to complete are electronic. We had an issue with one of the two getting to me but the staff stepped up to resolve the issue. Driving up you realize you are placed between Port Aransas and Corpus, and right on the water. I entered the lobby to check in and was floored with the decor and view from the lobby. I got the keys and a cart to bring in our things. Our room was along the theme of the lobby, very clean, well decorated, and beautiful view. The room is on the bottom floor and very close to the heated pool, which could be an issue with noise potentially, but was not for us as I think covid kept a lot of people away. The unit has a walk out from the back porch that you can use to reach the pier, and a water hose to rinse off with once you return to help keep sand out. They provide a list for checkout, leave towels outside the door in a bag, same with bed linens, set the ac to 76, take out the trash, and clean up after yourself - all fair requests. My daughters both wanted to stay longer of course, but when it was time to go we just return the keys and say goodbye. When next we return, my wife and I will gladly check to see if this location is available.

Wonderful spot on the beach!

I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this condo is. Thanks to covid we couldn’t travel far but we usually go to the Caribbean so my expectations were low. It was a lovely trip, the condo is so nice and check in was super easy. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the waves and we cooked most nights (the big windows overlooking the ocean are so nice). We will be back for sure! Great pool too when you’re tired of the beach. Make sure to check out Paul’s seafood market for fresh fish if you decide to cook: 10 minute drive.

Great location.

We were looking to get away during this pandemic. The condo location was perfect. We were on the ground floor with direct access to the beach from our back yard. The beach was not crowded so we were able to keep plenty of distance. Everyone inside the lobby wore a mask. The condo was roomy and clean.
