This place is great! Very clean, location was just right. Myself, husband and son all loved it and are already making plans to return very soon! 10/10 would recommend!

This property was wonderful! Loved the decorating in the condo. Close to the pool. Staff very friendly. Liked that it was away from other places. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

Great property. Location was nice because it wasn’t overrun with tons of people and the beach access was fabulous!! Very clean! Would definitely return.

Awesome property

Management was very helpful and friendly. Condo was very well appropriated. Enjoyed sitting on the deck visiting with other renters.

Great get away

Sea Gull 102 is expertly decorated and extremely comfortable. The convenience of a boardwalk to the beach makes getting to where you want to be (toes in the water) super easy. Sea Gull even offers beach chairs and canopies on a first come first serve basis during certain times of the year which made our get away hassle free. I would definitely stay there again!

The property could use some maintenance. Also at 9:39 pm the desk clerk barged into my room wondering if anyone was in the unit. She never explained how I had paid for 2 nights

Peaceful location

We enjoyed our stay very much and we will be back. Little things I will remember to bring with me next time. There was an iron but no ironing board, closet but no hangers. I did go buy hangers and I left them in there for the next guest. The internet was out while there for a couple of days, I will bring my hotspot and the cable kept going out in the master. No big deal but we were stuck inside with cold and rain. Staff was amazing, everything else was amazing. Thank you for your hospitality 🙏🏼😊

We enjoyed this unit very much, loved the location of being close to the pool. only thing to suggest is to have a spatula for cooking, couldn't find one.

Better than the pictures

I could not recommend this property more highly. My husband and I stayed for two nights /without/ our (young) children, but it would have been great with the kids, too. The interior was modern, nicely decorated, and spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics (pots, pans, utensiles, etc). The best part was that we could go directly from the patio slider out to the beach. You just walk down a few stairs into a private lower patio, then out the gate and it's maybe 20 feet to get to the boardwalk. This section of beach, particularly toward the left, was a lot less busy than other sections we walked by. We wished to stay away from other people (COVID), and it was easy to find some peace and solitude even right out on the water. Maybe even better than the beach access: the pictures are accurate, and you can see the beach and crashing waves right from the patio, just over a small set of dunes. Relaxing, clean, and luxurious. It was simply perfect. We would love to come back.

Delightful get-a-way!

The condo is beautifully decorated and the views are fabulous! The property is well-maintained. We enjoyed beach walks every day and watching the waves from our deck. We will be back!

Beach stay

Very nice property. Walking distance to the beach. Pool and hot tub area is great for families. We were impressed with their preparations and cleanliness during covid restrictions.
