This is a great property for a large family gathering. Lots of space to gather, read, play games and enjoy the game room. Very accessible to the mountain, on the access road.

Magical Christmas Stay

20 members of our family were able to come together to stay at this very special home for Christmas Eve/Christmas day and it was nothing short of magical. The memories made will stay with us for a lifetime. The Inn is just as pictured, so beautiful. Every room is exceptionally clean. The kitchen is spectacular and had everything we needed to cook and bake for our large group for the holiday. Kristin was fantastic with her prompt responses to any of our questions. Cannot recommend this property enough and hope to be back again in the future.

What an incredibly special and memorable weekend!

Our friends and pups had a great stay at the lodge. We had so much fun we all talked about making it an annual trip. Lodge was clean, rooms were great, host were fantastic and easy to work with, couldn’t ask for more!

Perfect group getaway

This is a great property for large groups. A former lodge with great space for large gathering together and individual rooms with baths. Host exceptional my responsive and gracious. I highly recommend this property!

Guys Weekend

This spot was incredible. It was perfect for our big group of 18. We honestly didn't even need to leave the property to have a good time. 10/10 would recommend and will look to rent this spot in the winter for a ski trip.

Perfect for large groups

Really enjoyed my stay here. Comfortably stayed with 18 others. We didn't leave the house for a full day and a half, still had plenty to keep busy inside and outside. 5 minutes away from the base of the mountain. Great local food as well!

Perfect home for family gathering!

This property had everything we need for a family gathering! 14 adults and five children. Was super convenient that each bedroom had their own bathroom! And the living room was plenty big enough for us all to hang out! Will definitely come back!

Beautiful, quiet location with plenty of space

We rented the property for a team retreat. Plenty of bedrooms and room to spread out for workshops. House was clean and well maintained! It was easier to cook for all of us in the kitchen than we thought it would be. The owner was extremely helpful and responsible!

Fantastic Spot

I rented this property for a get-together with my friends from all over the country for my 40th birthday. The house was fantastic - we loved the kitchen, the bedrooms were comfortable and the hot tubs were a big hit. Since we visited during the off season we ended up hanging out at the house most of the time (hiking trails were muddy, restaurants were closed) but we didn’t mind at all. Great spot - we would love to go again

Wonderful stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at Kristin's property. The space is huge and can accommodate many guests. What we particularly like is that each room has its own bathroom. The home is right near the mountain which makes it ideal for skiing. Both the check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and easy. I would highly recommend Kristin and the property!

Perfect Family Reunion!

Property is beautiful, clean and Kristin has it well stocked. You will have everything you need for cooking and entertaining your group! Kristin is very responsive and a wonderful host! Our group of 18 was very comfortable; the beds were great and it was nice that every room had its own bathroom. The kids in our group loved the game room downstairs and adults could sit in the great room without hearing them :-) Adults also loved having the bar and beverage fridge. The kitchen gave us plenty of room to prepare and enjoy meals together. We all enjoyed the hot tub many times during the week! The property is close to lots of activities, stores and restaurants. We truly enjoyed every moment of our week at Highline Lodge and hope to return again someday!

Great venue for our family reunion

We held our 22nd annual family reunion at this lodge June 22-29, 2024. All in all, it was a great choice we made – the lodge is one of the best venues we have ever rented. When we arrived, we found everything in order and very clean. Having as many rooms and bathrooms as it has, it provided very comfortable accommodations for our group of 19 people (17 adults + 2 15-year-olds). In addition, we enjoyed in very much its great room with huge TV screen bar and fireplace, the huge eating area in the kitchen, the basement game rooms, the outside grills, two large hot tubs and the huge yard area (that provided plenty of space for ball games and other outside games). The lodge provides sufficient linens and towels (including towels for the hot tubs). It was also nice to find plenty of dishwasher detergent pods, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, Keurig coffee, sweeteners, and many condiments and spices in one of the kitchen cabinets. Bathrobes in all the bedrooms add a very nice touch that one only finds in high-end hotels. The location is very convenient to the many activities available at Killington as wells as the nearby areas of beautiful Vermont mountains. If you enjoy hiking and mountain biking, this place is ideal. The nearby towns of Woodstock and Bridgewater also offer a number of historically interesting and beautiful locations to visit. Kristi is a friendly host who communicated very well with us via VRBO messages as well as phone calls and text messages.

Great spot for a big guys trip

We had an awesome time at the lodge with a group of 10 guys. The host provided us everything we needed, both before and during the stay. Weather didn’t cooperate, but there was a ton to do indoor, and we had easy access to local restaurants, takeout, etc. Incredible location, great accommodations all around.

Perfect Family Getaway

The lodge was perfect for our family reunion. The kitchen was clean with plenty of prep and eating space. Several nice touches included tea bags and K-cups. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable with towels and robes in each room. We especially enjoyed the main living room with the large TV and bar area. The space is child and dog friendly which is a huge plus!! We would definitely recommend!

Ideal for large groups

This was the perfect spot for our golf group. The common areas are ideal for hanging out and then we were able to have our own spaces for sleeping. Kristin was very responsive to all of our questions.
