ドーヴィルから10分、ビーチから5分、田園風景、海の景色、完全な静けさを除いて、素晴らしい洗練されたマナーハウス。本館には、2つのラウンジ、インターネットオフィス、大きな絵の窓から小さな鐘楼が見える16人用のダイニングルーム
6つの大きなベッドルーム、ダブルベッド、3つのバス、3つのシャワー、5つのトイレ。 1階には、障害者用のバスルームとシャワーを備えた障害者用のベッドルームが最近設置されました。

約50メートル離れた別の家で、3つの寝室、1つのレベルに1つ、2つの風呂、アメリカンキッチン。
2つの家の間の騒音から遠く離れたスイミングプールは子供には安全で、日光浴には南に面しており、温かくて広い14/7 mです。

Wonderful family holiday location

The manor was very homely with a lovely heated swimming pool which was kept clean and tidy by Maurice and we had three tasty meals cooked for us by Jocelyn. My whole family had a wondrful time. Thankyou Chantel for letting us use your home.

Charming Villa near the beaches

Beautifully located, midst in the countryside, nice views, spacious and well kept property. In our group were two wheelchair users; however some amenities (esp. bathrooms) were only partially accessible; however thanks to Maurice, the very helpful custodian, we found a solution, such that the holidays in Normandie have been a wonderful time to relax and and great opportunity to visit all the towns and (historic) beaches nearby.

Top Family Manoir in Normandy

Very nice, charming, old Normandic Manoir in the middle of green nature with splendid view and at 3 km of the coast. Top location for a grand family : outside and inside dining for 13+ persons. Very nice heated swimming pool and the environment is super calm ( you don't hear anything ). The house is very large and nicely "old" decorated. Everybody of a large family can find his spot in this house. In the morning we had breakfast all together in the dining room near the kitchen, and the lunch and dinner on the terrace with a great view. Once the small children were in bed, we could enjoy the nice atmosphere of the salon. The house has all equipment you need for a great holiday and Maurice helps you out immediately with any question.

Magnifique manoir avec vue

Superbe manoir proche de deauville avec une superbe piscine. Vue fantastique pour des déjeuners mémorables. Jocelyne et Maurice, gardiens du manoir, ont été aux petits soins pour nous faciliter la vie tout au long du séjour. Formidable.

Enjoyable stay in Deauvile

House had plenty of space for a family to share. The caretakers were very friendly & helpful The Location was perfect, close to some lovely beaches & towns. I personally don’t think it would be an easy house for disabled people with mobility problems We would definitely go back it was an easy drive from Dieppe The pool & view were a big bonus to this lovely house We all enjoyed lovely bbq’s on the lovely patio area.

Forbidable/Fantastic

Large, comfortable, somewhat eccentric property on spacious grounds with gorgeous view and sunset over rolling hills, a church and horses. Wonderful cook and caretaker available to help take care of your every need. Superb location - would come again.

Stort fantastiskt hus på härligt enskilt läge!

Vi var nio vuxna personer som bodde mycket bra i det stora huset (utan att behöva utnyttja det separata gästhuset). Stora generösa ytor inomhus och utomhus gjorde det enkelt och trevligt att umgås, att laga mat i köket eller bada i poolen. Allra bäst var det personliga bemötandet av värdparet Maurice & Jocelyne, som fixade allt praktiskt och svarade på våra frågor, lagade mat, skjutsade oss till byn vid behov mm. Vi är mycket nöjda!

I would call this place the gem

The place is over any expectations one could ever have. The houses are spacious, nicely decorated, the surroundings are beautiful (there is a big house and smaller house). I would say that the property looks even better in reality than in photos :) We were an extended family to stay there (14 persons, kids included), and everyone was happy. A very important thing for big groups - most of the rooms have access to a prive bathrooms. The pool was so good, 28C all the time :) Jocelyne is amazing cook for sure, and Maurice is so kind. We were having our best time here, hope and plan to come back one day 👍

Le Paradis Normand

Si le Paradis Normand existe, il se trouve au manoir Saint-Laurent de Blonville sur Mer. Tout y est mis en œuvre pour vous assurer des vacances idylliques. Les photos présentées sur le site correspondent exactement à ce que nous avons trouvé en arrivant. Mme Zeller, propriétaire du manoir a répondu à toutes nos questions en amont et mis à notre disposition cette résidence familiale sans restriction aucune avec une piscine chauffée à la température souhaitée. Cerise sur le gâteau, voire gâteau sur la cerise, Jocelyne et Maurice, qui assurent le gardiennage du manoir, ont été aux petits soins pour nous et pleins de délicates attentions. Nous sommes rentrés en Picardie avec le délicieux souvenir des plats préparés par Jocelyne : ratatouille, tarte aux pommes, salade de fruits, couscous… N’hésitez pas à vivre cette parenthèse enchantée. Pour notre part, nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

prachtige plek met perfect uitzicht. het grote huis beschikte over grote slaapkamers en goede badkamers. het kleinere huis was iets minder en rook minder fris. uitstekende gardiens, waarvan de vrouw simpele maar goede maaltijden kookte en elke morgen werden er verse baguettes. croissants en pain au chocolaat bij de bakker gehaald. een prachtige rustige plek met een uitstekend verwarmd en goed verzorgd zwembad.

Great house, great location!

We’ve just spent a week at Chantal’s (mega) house with two families with dogs and had a wonderful time! The house is beautifully located and has all the amenities you could ask for; big garden, heated pool and enough room for lots of people. Beaches are close by but there is really no need to go anywhere, which is especially helpful these days with Corona. Maurice and his wife are lovely people who are always there if you need them. If you don’t need them, you will not even know they’re there. It is of course not cheap but well worth the money!

Super House for a Family

This is a wonderful large house (actually one large and one smaller house) in a great country setting, only a few miles from the fabulous beaches of Deauville and Blonville. We had a party of 12 and found plenty of space for everyone in the house, the garden and the lovely pool. The property is secure behind its own gates, and the guardian lives on-site in a separate part of the house. Recommended for family get-togethers.
